Orders

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes approximately 3-5 business days to process and print your book before we ship it out to you. Shipping time depends on the shipping method that you select - you can see estimated shipping times on our Shipping page.

How can I preview my project before I order it?

Click on the Home tab through the Mixbook site, and locate your project. If you click on your project's title, it will take you to the preview page for your project. This will show you a representation of how your project will print.

How can I proofread my project before I order it?

Click on the Home tab through the Mixbook site, and locate your project. If you click on your project's title, it will take you to the preview page for your project. Scroll down to the bottom part of this page, and you will see all the text that is present in your project.

How do I check the status of my order?

Track your order on your Account page. Scroll down to "My Orders" and click on any recent order. You will be able to view the order's status and tracking information, if a trackable shipping method was selected.

How do I know that my order went through?

Each time an order goes through, we send an order confirmation email to your Mixbook registered email account.

I purchased multiple items, will I receive one large shipment?

Deliveries may be split into more than one shipment depending on the items in your order. Please note that books, cards and calendars from one order will print and ship separately.

What happens after I place my order?

After an order is placed, your projects are generated for processing and printing. You have 2 hours from the time the order was placed to make any last minute changes. After 2 hours, your order will be sent to print. Once an order goes to print, it cannot be canceled.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

If your order has not been sent to print, you may cancel your order for a full refund. To do so, please visit your Account page. If the order has not been sent to print, you can cancel it here. However, if your book has been sent to print, we cannot cancel or refund any portion of your payment due to the custom nature of our products.

Can I make edits to the items I already ordered?

We highly recommend proofreading your order very carefully before submitting it. Once you place an order, you have 2 hours to make edits to any items ordered. After 2 hours have passed, any changes made during that period will automatically be incorporated into your order. To view how much time is left to make edits, view your order details on your Account page.

I forgot to apply my coupon code, how can I redeem it?

We are unable to apply coupon codes retroactively after orders have been placed and processed. Please be careful to apply any coupons before placing your order.

Can I use more than one coupon code in my order?

Our system is not able to accept more than one discount code or coupon code per order.

Do you offer a discount on volume orders?

Yes, we do offer a discount on volume orders. You can see the discounts on our Pricing page. For a quantity greater than 200 books, please contact us with any inquiries. To receive a quote, please provide as much information as possible about your order, including the product you'd like to order, the number of pages and the quantity you're interested in.
