S: Our Vacation to the Philippines, Feb 4-19, 2008

FC: Destination: | Philippines

1: It was a long flight, almost 24 hours. Glad we're finally here! It was so wonderful to see family and old friends again after three long years. | we made it...!

3: Great time!

4: Destination: | CAMIGUIN ISLAND

6: So we took a ferry to Camiguin, kids wait for passengers to flip a coin to the ocean and they dove for it. Pretty cool to watch... I saw dolphins swimming by.. beautiful sight... | dolphins

7: Bahay Bakasyunan, In English it means "rest house". After the long trip, almost two hours in the ferry boat, we finally got to rest for a bit... and explore later... | CAMIGUIN

9: It's great to be away from the city. This is just the perfect place to be in...

12: This is oldest chapel built in Camiguin. | With the oldest tree, of course. On the right, is a sight of the Tres Marias volcanoes.

13: WHITE ISLAND

15: We enjoyed our trip amidst the rain, fog and cold windy days. We did a lot of walking and traveled long distances with a minicab that we rented... and loved it... Now it's time to go back to CDO.
