Still I Rise by Maya Angelou - Page Text Content
FC: Maya Angelou's poem "Still I Rise" is saying that even though people abuse her, she will rise against it and be her own person. She shows them that she's confident in the way she is and will fight for her right to be alive.
1: The dust symbolizes that she'll always rise above what people say and live her life the way she wants to. Maya Angelou is going to stand up for what she believes in and stand up for herself.
