1: Pictures of 9561 FM 1094 before we began construction. The dirt for the pad was taken from the pond behind the house. It tripled the size of the existing pond.

6: Due to unexpected delays we didn't start framing the house until July 2009. Elizabeth's room and the Utility room where the first rooms to go up when they did start framing the house.

9: Due to the summer drought of 2009 - the framers had MANY days of hot dry weather to work.

26: View of our house from Joyce and Gary's house and from the pond behind the house. Windows were installed in September.

29: We had visitors in October. A swarm of bees made a brief stop under the front door. They didn't stay too long, and were gone within a day.

31: WE HAVE POWER Power was finally installed in October. A mere 7 months after we started the process.

35: They began the stone and stucco work at the end of October. It only took two weeks to complete the stone work.
