1: Have you ever wanted to cook healthy and easy? Well many people do and I love to and these are my own food creations. ENJOY!!!!!!!
3: Chicken Stir Fry What you need: ~Chicken ~Peas ~spinach ~Red peppers ~Rice ~Beans ~Soy Sauce ~Olive Oil what to do: Cook rice Heat pan with Olive Oil Add ALL Veggies Cook chicken all way threw Add rice chicken and veggies on a plate Put Soy Sauce on top and eat!
5: Cheese Spaghetti What you need: Noodles Cheese Tomato sauce Pepper What you do: Cook pasta noodles in water Heat sauce in a small pan Add pepper to tomato sauce Slowly add 1/2 pound of cheese to sause Serve warm
7: Butter Garlic Carrots What you need: Baby Carrots Butter Garlic Powder salt Pepper What you do: Add chopped carrots to a pan with melted butter in it Add salt, pepper, and garlic all around carrots steam with lid for 5 mins Serve and enjoy!
9: Fruit Plate What you need: Pineapple Apple Pear Grapes strawberry Blueberries Raspberries What you do: Chop all fruit Place on a plate and enjoy!
11: Veggie Plate What you need: Carrots Celery Cucumbers Tomato Avocado What you do: Cut all veggies Put on plate and enjoy!
13: Chocolate chip cookies What you need: Cookie dough* Chocolate Chips What you do: Mix cookie dough and chocolate chips Bake for 15 mins and enjoy *Homemade dough in another cook book!
