salad Larisa Dolina - Page Text Content

BC: That is how we made the salad from Larisa Dolina. It proved to be tasty. And probably it is even tastier if you use salmon or any red fish.

FC: salad Larisa Dolina 07.02.2009

1: I met with my aunt at the weekend. She was very impressed by a salad Larisa Dolina demonstrated that morning on TV.

2: She and I went to the market. We were eager to try to make that salad. She said it had looked very tasty. the ingrediaents for teh sald were: * a cup of boiled rice * boiled salmon * fried onions * garlic and lemon * 2-3 apples * olives

3: Due to our small budget we bought a different kind of fish. It needed to be boiled and then cut or torn into small pieces.

4: While the fish was boiling,I cut the apples.

5: To the apples we added boiled rice.

6: Next step

7: Peel the lemon, one would be enough, and cut it into small pieces. Smash some cloves of garlic. Cut 2 onions, fry them and add to the salad.

8: Mix thoroughly all the ingredients.

11: Dress the salad with mayonnaise. | And decorate it with black olives.
