2: BARACK OBAMA The 44th and current President.The first Afican American to hold office.Obama was the junior United States Senator from Illinois from January 2005 until November 2008, when he resigned after his election to the presidency.
4: HILLARY CLINTON is the 67th Secretary of State, serving in the administration of Barack Obama. She was a Senator for the state of New York from 2001- 2009
6: Martin Luther King Jr. was an activist and prominent leader of the African American Civil Rights movement. He led the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott, and help find the Southern Christain Leadership Congress where he became president. King held the 1963 March on Washington where he said his most famous speech the "I Have A Dream" speech.
8: HOLOCAUST During the time period of the Holocaust approximately six million jews died. This was known as a majr genocide due to Adollf Hitler who treated jews at this time very harsh. Hitler mainly believed in one race. This was known as the aryan race. This race consisted of blonde hair and blue eyes.
10: MOHANDAS GHANDI was a spiritual leader of India, and the Indian independence movement. Ghandi promoted non violence.
