1: We have learned all about Christmas traditions around the world. We hope you enjoy learning all about these traditions.

2: Mexico In Mexico people decorate with poinsettias. They break a piñata to celebrate. | Feliz Navidad

3: Italy In Italy the children go door to door to share poetry. They also wait on Old Befana to bring treats to their shoes. | Buone Feste Naptalizie

4: France In France the people decorate with fruit, candles, mistletoe and holly. They used to burn a real yule log, but now most people bake a yule log cake. | Joyeaux Noel

5: Germany Germany is known for starting the Christmas tree and gingerbread house tradition. At Christmas they eat pudding and sing Christmas carols. | Froehliche Weihnachten

6: America In America, we celebrate Christmas on December 25. We decorate a Christmas tree with ornaments, lights, and a star or angel on top. We put our Christmas presents that we exchange with our friends and family under our tree to open on Christmas Day. | Merry Christmas
