FC: ABOUT DINOSAURS

1: This is a T-Rex | This theropod had the body of a carnivorous dinosaur, but the long, narrow, toothy snout of a crocodile (which it presumably used to snatch fish and small lizards out of lakes and rivers).

2: This dinosaur had horns. He must have looked like a devil. He might have looked like this in order to scare away other dinosaurs. | There are shows that you can see about dinosaurs. They make dinosaurs look very real. Many people went to this show.

3: Some dinosaurs could swim. This one is called a Cryptocleidus. | Dinosaurs are interesting to look at and study. They lived a long time ago. Millions and millions of years have passed since the dinosaurs were around.

4: Many dinosaurs had big teeth and big claws. They used their claws and teeth to kill and eat other dinosaurs.

5: Many dinosaurs had long necks. These dinosaurs might have eaten the leaves off trees. Other dinosaurs had very sharp teeth. These birds might have cleaned the food from this dinosaur's mouth.
