1: These first grade students were asked to write about how many teeth they have lost and what they do when they lose a tooth. This book includes their written responses and their pictures of the Tooth Fairy. Enjoy!

2: I have lost 0 teeth. I wonder when I'll lose my TOOTH! If I lost my tooth I would clean it and then put it behind my pillow and wonder if the tooth fairy comes. I would also be super excited. I can't wait until I lose my first tooth! --Alex

3: I have lost 2 teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was 4 years old. When I lose a tooth I put it under my pillow and when I wake up I find five dollars. --Brandon

4: I have lost 4 teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was 5 years old. When I was on vacation I lost my first tooth. That night I put my tooth under my pillow and I lost another tooth on vacation. --Christopher

5: When I will lose a tooth I am going to show my friends my new teeth. --Dylan

6: I have lost 6 teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was 3 years old. When I lose a tooth I get money, $10! I put my tooth under my pillow. --Franco

8: When I lose a tooth I am going to tell my Dad. I am going to get money from the Tooth Fairy. --Gurjot

9: I have lost 7 teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was 5 years old. When I lost a tooth I went to the dentist to get my two loose teeth out. I had to leave my teeth at the dentist and at home I had to write a note to the tooth fairy. --Izzah

10: When I lose a tooth I will put it under my pillow then the tooth fairy would come. --Jason

11: I have lost 4 teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was 6 years old. When I lose a tooth I put it in my tooth holder that my mom made. I put my tooth holder under my pillow. I got four dollars from the tooth fairy! --Jeremy

14: I have lost six teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was five years old. When I lost my first tooth I was worried, it was bleeding. I thought it would hurt and it did! --Jocelyn

15: I have lost 1 teeth. I lost my first tooth when I was 5 years old. When I lose a tooth I put it under my pillow and the tooth fairy gave me ten dollars I still have the ten dollars that the tooth fairy gave me. --Joshua

When I loset a tooth I was brushing my teeth and by mistake I hit the wiggly tooth and it fell out and that was how I lost my first tooth. I put it under my pillow. I love losing teeth. The last time I lost a tooth was January and I got a jump rope. Me and Chloe jump rope everyday and now I am starting to get money. It's really hard to lose a tooth. --Nicholas
