 CONTENTS TOMANHA pages2-3 J'NANIN pages 4-5
Entering Atrus's study, I suddenly noticed the smell of new polished wood as well as hearing silence. Turning round the room, I notice lots of different things like the wonderfully embroidered curtains. But the thing that caught my eye most was a hanging painting from the ceiling.
Where is this place? Why is the image so distorted? Is this one of the ages destroyed by Atrus?
Landing smoothly, on the sandy island of J'nanin, I am surprised by the rocky terrain, huge boulders and a huge waves, which roll up the island like a mission and trying to get somewhere but soon gives up and rolls back into the sea. In front of me,is a strange metal contraption which looks like a three sided, old fashioned , street lamp. I notice this strange object has a red orb sitting on top, which appears to be glowing mystically. Quite quickly, I realise that each window shows a different image of a place that could be somewhere on J'nanin.
The sky is darkened by an invasion of rainclouds, hiding the warm sun, creating a chill in the air. Goosebumps appear on my arms while strange images of someone watching me invade my mind. Getting closer to the tusk-like house, a set of steps leading into nothingness, grabs my attention.
There appears to be a wheel that turns something in the water and a post with a big base which is red and gold. At the back is a bottle that seems to be tied on with string. When I turned the wheel, something was revealed.
The winding metal staircase leads me further in to the depths of the canyon, the cool air refreshing against my sunburnt face.
Before me stands a glass house. A narrow, well-lit bridge entices me to explore.
