FC: Nazi airplanes of World War two and how they have helped humanity. | BY: James Klitzka period 3 May 28 2009

This is a picture of a Messerschmidt 109 or an ME 109 which gave many modern dogfighting tactics their beginning

This is a picture of an ME 262 one of the forerunners of the modern jet airplane and one of the first Jet aircraft

This is a picture of the Heinkel 162 airplane the forerunner of the A-10 warthog of today because it has the same basic body shape.

This is a picture of the first jet powered Bomber called the AR-234 which used RATO or Rocket assisted take off to get off the ground when it was full.

This is a picture of an Arado AR.E 3811 Miniature Parasite fighter which would attach itself to the bottom of a larger bomber and then drop off to attack and it is the forerunner of many modern rockets and gliders.

In an airplane I'm supposed to travel to a different country the sky long through diverse clouds I see where it is jointed behind the wing the plane pulls its gear in as I take off "Long live the Fuhrer "I shout as I lift off As I am flying over an unknown country I feel homesick but then suddenly I am under attack so I turn right then climb as high as I can and then dive down on the P39 but I overshoot and go so close to the pilot I see that it is a soviet pilot with 17 kills The dogfight goes on for almost 20 minutes until finally I get right behind him and fire off a burst and he goes down in a burst of flaming glory and I whisper "One more kill for the fatherland." | Untitled By: William Bough

Background information. Depending on who you talk to the airplane was first invented in 1904 by Wilbur and Orville Wright , In 1902 by Richard Pearse or in 1901 by Gustave Whitehead And as early as 1911 the US military was dropping test bombs from an airplane and in 1912 the first machine gun was added to an aircraft and World War Two the first airplane to airplane combat occured mostly between biplanes but with some monoplanes. A lot of innovation occurred in Airplanes between 1919 and 1939 and by 1939 most airplanes were monoplanes could go several hundred Miles per Hour could turn much faster could carry rockets and bombs, and some could carry men into battle. But as weapons became more and more advanced so did the chance of many people dieing.

My Opinion is that the Nazi airplanes of WW2 were bad but they have saved many lives through the invention of the jet engine so overall it has been good.
