BC: This is a poster for Gold Diggers of Broadway. It was1929 when it came out, and it was the second all-taling and all-color film.
FC: This is Warren G. Harding. He was our 29th President. He influenced a lot of people, and was also respected by the United States. | He was in office from the year 1921, to the year 1923.
1: Herbert Hoover believed that the government should never interfere with big business. He was our president during the 1920's.
2: Marcus Garvey was an effective leader of the 1920's. | With the help of the UNIA, Garvey formed a severe link in black America's centeries-a long struggle for freedom, justice, and equality.
3: This is Felix the Cat, he was very popular in the 1920's. He was actually the most popular, and he was known for his famous pace. | This is Felix the Cat, he was very popular in the 1920's. 6: Henry Ford was the founder of the Ford Motor Company and the father of modern assembly lines. | Ford left most of his enormous fortune to the Ford Foundation, but arranged for his family to own the company permanently.
