2: Labor of Love March 4, 1990 I witnessed your birth. A bit of heaven sprinkled down to earth. You were your mother's labor of love. A tiny package sent from God above. Looking into your brown eyes, I realized this was the greatest prize. With such a sweet face, it wasn't long and you were in dresses with lace. Inch by inch, I watched you grow and GROW making sure to never miss your plays or dance shows. Soon your dolls and toys were set aside. I realized then that I couldn't keep you little no matter how hard I tried. My heart yearned to relive your milestones and younger years when I bravely conquered your childhood fears. Those memories will forever be in my heart. They are the links that keep us together, not apart. I LOVE YOU as if you were my own. This will never change because you're grown. Being your aunt has always been my treasure. It's a priceless amount that nobody can measure. | . | . | . | .
