13: 2008 was lively and filled with good friends and family. We had many gatherings, a lot of company from out of town. Chad Bamrick stayed for a couple of weeks, Mike Brogan stayed for 3 weeks and Miles Beckler lived with us for 6 months! We had lots of fun, birthday celebrations and may get-togethers. 30: We all pitched in to send her to Idaho to see her sister Phyllis. 47: Wow - we all got together for a picnic at Sharon’s house and all the cousins but Tammy was there. I cannot believe that I did not get a group shot! I did not even get many pictures. I must have been having a great time. This page is Patti piercing mom's ears. Mom danced got a tattoo and got piercings. Randy fixed her hair buy aunt Phyllis kept it looking great, she fixed it for her everyday. I have to say I was a bit pampered myself.

73: Friday morning during balloon fiesta our neighborhood was filled with balloons. Even though it was a regular work day, Jerry and I could not resist going to the vacant lot at the top of our street. We had such a great time because a lot of balloons were being launched from there. We had to call in late to work. Everyday of fiesta I go in late because the mornings are absolutely irresistible.

78: Mike Brogan came to stay with us for a few weeks | Mike had lots of fun with Sam and Caleb. The trip to Santa Fe was fantastic and it seemed we had a spectacular rainbow every day. Don't worry the weather was not gloomy it was beautiful; Mike could not believe how enjoyable it was! | Jerry's cousin Mike Brogan came and stayed with us for a few weeks in July.

82: We lost Jerry's cousin Wayne in 2008. We enjoyed Wayne's mellow spirit and great stories. We were finally able to meet two of his three daughters. Wayne was very proud of his daughters and it would have been amazing to have shared our time with them. Wayne is also the reason we have our dog Sam. Wayne was intrigued that Havanese are so rare and looked in the newspaper for two years before he found one for sale. We bought Sam and drove to Cuba, New Mexico to pick him up. We always teased Wayne that he was Sam's Godfather, he never refused the job!

86: Jerry and I enjoy spending relaxing afternoons at Casa Rondena Winery. | We often sit and play cards next to the shady pond.

87: The winery is not very old but it has a wonderful old-world charm.

89: We were blessed to have Miranda Wood, her mom Leslie, step-dad Reggie as well as her little brothers and sister for Thanksgiving. Doug, Nancy, David and Kalani, Maxine, Gary and Jordan were also with us for Thanksgiving. It was quite the event.

99: My Space allowed me to keep track of my nieces and nephews that I did not get to see during 2008. This page is a few of the photos I took from their pages during the year. Maybe next year I will take my own pictures of them!
