FC: Cowboy tour 2010

2: Called the Cowboy Tour it starts at the Grand Teton Lodge near Jackson Hole. Impressive views of the Tetons. But looking is not the focus of the tour-it's doing--so off to rafting down river to Deadman's Point. Great story of swindling and murder. Next to Jackson Hole proper to get a flavor of the "wild west" as it is today, then off to the Continental Divide. Water flows both east and west out of the small pond there. Yellowstone was next on the list. | Three days of geysers, fumerals, mud pots, rivers, waterfalls, big animals, food and fun. Next, Cody and the Buffalo Bill Historic Center followed by a Rodeo and Fireworks--July 4th. The dash across Montana and through the "Badlands" was interrupted by a visit to a cabin used by Buffalo Bill, then horseback riding, fishing and "some mores" around the campfire at the U-Cross Ranch. The tour finished by visiting the the Crazy Horse Monument and Mount Rushmore. | Cowboy Tour
