3: Jerry once lived across the road in one of Joyce and Milt's trees.

5: At first, he was very afraid of being inside for the first time and kept trying to jump out the windows.

7: But he soon realized, it wasn't so bad and got very fat from lying around all day!

9: Soon after we moved to a new home, Jerry got out of the house and was lost.

11: We searched and searched, but never found him. We thought he was lost forever.

13: But one day, we saw him running out of the garage and under the deck. | It didn't take us long to coax him out with food, and we couldn't believe that he had found his way home after two and a half months.

15: He was very thin and weak and slept for days, but he eventually recooperated and got back to his fat self.

17: He is now very happy to be back home where he gets to sleep all day, gets lots of loving, and is spoiled with his favorite TUNA!

19: . Jerry has had a very interesting, but happy life. Maybe not at first, but now I think that he is happy that he found our family. He has touched every single one of us, and will always have a place in our hearts.
