1: A trip we will talk about for years to come! | Labor Day Getaway 2007
2: August 30th, 2007. To start from the beginning, Jen did not make this easy. The morning started with a trip to Dr. Yu's office for an emergency root canal. Upon leaving the dentist's office, Jen said "don't plan on taking any pictures of me today." Matt hoped that Jen would change her mind on that quickly. | Before leaving town, Matt insisted he help Jen relax and buy her a dress to take her mind off her mouth. What girl doesn't love a spontaneous shopping trip? And by the time the happy couple found just the right dress and matching shoes, Jen was feeling a little more camera ready.
3: After a couple of hours on the road, Matt revealed their first stop along the way; a gourmet lunch on the golf course of Pebble Beach, overlooking the ocean! Matt decided to try out the wasabi mustard, as you can see it left him speechless. After lunch the two walked through the golf course to the beach, where Matt asked Jen to sit down...
4: "Will you marry me?" "YES!"
5: After coming half a step off of cloud nine, Matt and Jen picked up a special treat to enjoy for the remainder of the trip

8: Friday afternoon Lunch with Arpit at the Yard House | Over 100 kinds of beer on tap...who could resist?
9: Catching some rays at Newport Beach Allison came out to enjoy the sun and celebrate!
