FC: Dante's Paradiso -summary & recommendation of book

This specific edition of the book makes it easier to understand the plot. | -what makes this book so entertaining is that it is written in modern slang and street talk. [most definitely recommend to read :] | -The clear artwork drawn by the publishers makes a clear picture of what is going on in the novel.

As Dante finishes his journey through the Inferno and Purgatory, he will now make his ascent through heaven.

Beatrice, the love of Dante's life, is his guide to take him through the spheres of heaven.

As Dante and Beatrice rise through each sphere of heaven, he gains more understanding of the afterlife, and she becomes more beautiful.

Before the novel comes to a close, St. Peter questions Dante about his faith. He asks what faith means, and what all does Dante believe in. | Before the novel comes to a close, St. Peter questions Dante about his faith. 7: The top sphere of heaven is The Empyrean (the great rose). All of the patron saints have spots here, and at the top tier of the rose sits the Virgin Mary. Beatrice also has a seat in this sphere, so Dante finishes his journey with a different guide, St. Bernard. | The top sphere of heaven is The Empyrean (the great rose).
