FC: Romoe & Juilet : The Tragic Story of Love . | By: Kyona Hill June1,2010

 Table of Contents . Favorite Scene........pg.2 - 3 Favorite Quotes.......pg.4 - 7 Romeo Scrapbook......pg.8 -9 Juliet Scrapbook.....pg.10 -11 New Ending.....pg.12 - 13

In my favorite scene is wehere Romeo goes to see a "dead' Juliet and realizes he cant live without her. He takes the poison given to him and drinks it, killing himself.

As soon as he dies, Juliet wakes up and finds him. She then takes his sword and kills herself. I like this scene because its irony at its best. The reader already knows whats going to happen therefore, when it happens we can say "I told you so".

Ten Favorite Quotes . 1. "'Tis true, and therefore women, being the weaker vessels, are ever thrust to the wall; therefore I will push Montague's men from the wall, and thrust his maids to the wall". -Act 1 Scene 1, lines 15-18 This is important to me because it shows the humor Shakespeare was trying to get across. 2."No warmth, no breath shall testify thou livest; The roses in thy lips and cheeks shall fade, To wanny ashes, thy eye' windows fall, Like death, when he shuts up the day of life'. -Act 4 Scene 1, lines 98- 101 This is important to me because it describe how Juliet will look be after she drinks the stuff Friar gives to her to make herself be dead for a little while..

 3. "A plague 'o both your house! 'Zound, a dog, a rag, a mouse, a cat to scratch a man to death! A braggart, a rogue, a villain that fight by the book of arithmetic! Why the devil came you between us. I was hurt under your arm". -Act 3 Scene 1 , lines 99 - 103 This is important because someone once placing a curse on Romeo & Juliet even through they have already been cursed, they just don't know it yet. 4. "Will you speak well of him that kill'd your cousin"? -Act 3 Scene 2 , line 96 This is important because the nurse wanted to know just how much Juliet loved Romeo. If she's love him even when he killed her own family. 5. "By my head, here come the Capulets. By my heel, I care not". -Act 3, Scene 1, line 35 & 36 This is important because it shows how much hate they had for the Capulets. I like this because it gives some kinda connects clues for the rest of they story.

 6. "Thy lips are warm". Act 5, Scene 3, line 167 This is important to me because Juliet said after she kissed Romeo's dead lips but they were still warm because she woke up too late to save him from himself. 7. "O, I am slain! If thou be merciful, open the tomb, lay me with Juliet". Act 5, Scene 3, lines 72 - 73 This is'nt really important but it's one of my favorite because he's talking while his dying, like he really had time for that. 8. "With Rosaline, my ghostly father? No; I have forgot that name, and that name's woe". - Act 2, Scene 3, lines 45 - 46 This important to me because it showed how quick Romeo fell in and out of love with girls. He was madly in love with Rosaline right before he saw Juliet but when he did, he forgot all about Rosaline and became crazy over Juliet and he didnt even know her name yet.

 9. | 9. "Then have my lips the sin that they have took". "Sin from thy lips? O trespass sweetly urger! Give me my sin again". Act 1, Scene 5, lines 108 - 110 This is important to me because it showed me how much Romeo already liked Juliet because he didnt care he was kissing the enemy. 10. "I am a-weary, give me leave awhile: fie, how my bones ache! What a jaunce have I had"! I liked this because Juliet could'nt wait to hear whatever news Romeo had given her nurse to give her.

Romeos Scrapbook Page . | This ring has a "R" for Romeo and a "J" for Juliet, which symbolizes their love and marriage. | This mask shows the fist time Romeo saw Juliet, which was at her family's feast or costume party. | "What lady is that, which doth enrich the hand of yonder knight"? -Act 1, Scene5, lines 41-42 | This sword is what Romeo's best friend was killed with then Romeo took the life of the person who took his friends life. | "Thou, wretched boy, that didst consort him here, shalt with him hence". Act 3, Scene 1 , lines 130-131 "This shall determine that". Act 3, Scene 1. line 131

This picture in Romoe's scrapbook because this symbolizes where was placed she faked her death to be with Romeo for the rest of her life. | RomRo | "She's dead, deceased, she's dead; alack the day"! - Act4, Scene 5, line 24 | The bottle of poison shows how Romeo took his life when he heard the news that Juliet was dead. | "Let me have a dram of poison, such-speeding gear as will disperse itself through all the veins". -Act 5, Scene 1, lines 59-61

Juliet's Scrapbook page. | This picture is on the scrapbook page because it symbolizes the mask Juliet wore on the first night she saw Romeo .

This knife is what she killed herself with after Romeo killed himself right before she woke up. | This is the balcony Juliet and Romeo met on the night after the party. | "O Rome, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name, or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, and I'll no longer be a Capulet".-Act 2, Scene 2, lines 33 - 36 | "Yea, noise? Then I'll be brief. O happy dagger! This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die".-Act 5, Scene 3, line 69 - 70

New Endinq . Romeo walked into Juliet's dark damp tomb. He stopped where he was and scanned the room, searching for her. His eyes stopped when he saw her laying straight back with her hands folding over her chest. He stepped to her and removed the thin layer over sheer cloth from her face. "My sweet Juliet". He said kissing her cold cheek. "Why must you leave me so soon"? He asked. "I cant leave without my Juliet". He stood up starlight dung in his pocket, pulling out a small bottle of poison. "We will be together...if it kills me". He said, taking up cap off the small bottle. Just then, Juliet began to move. Romeo stopped in his tracks and looked down at her. "Juliet"?

He called. She didn't answered. He thought that maybe he wanted to see her alive again so bad that he thought he saw her move but just as he throw the bottled back to drink it, Juliet rose up! "No! Stop"! She yelled causing the bottle to fall from Romeo's hands. "You alive"? He asked. "I was never dead". Juliet smiled. "This was all a plan so you and I could be together forever". She said, causing Romeo to smiled. He helped her from the bed. "Lets go". He said taking her by her hand and they secretly felt the tomb to never be head from again.
