1: -Brunei Darussalam- Brunei Darussalam officially the State of Brunei, Abode of peace, is a country located on the north coast of the island of Borneo, in Southeast Asia. His Majesty the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, whose title has passed within the same dynasty since the 15th century, is the head of state and head of government in Brunei. Brunei, the remnent of a very powerful Sultanate, regained it's independance from the United Kingdom on 1st January 1984. Happy 24th national day to Brunei on 23rd February 2008
