Very nicely done and you have a good eye for balance and placement.

This book is so beautifully done and the pictures are enticing me to travel there!

COSTA MAYA - Page Text Content

FC: COSTA-MAYA 2007 Dan, Barb & Michelle's trip to the Grand Palladium Resort

1: Hurricane Season 2007, yet another chance to brave 100 degree temperatures, murky water and threatening clouds on the horizon. Time for a road trip to Costa Maya, south of Cancun !

2: The Grand Palladium Resort, just north of Tulum, for an all-inclusive trip in the heat of summer.

3: The wild trains were a danger to walking, but made the trips around the complex easier in the heat. | Free Drinks! Too bad she had to bring Mom and Dad..

4: Each of the 4 hotels had their own type of fountain out front. | It made it a little easier to find our way around once Michelle discovered this.

5: Water everywhere... | Pools with swim-up bars !

6: Flamingos of every type… Bird and Human!

8: You haven’t lived until you’ve seen a Mayan do Japanese steakhouse food.

9: And they obviously enjoyed making the tourists look like fools, as if the shirts alone did not accomplish that task. | Once again, it’s a Mayan serving food at the Brazilian restaurant, where it’s all meat all the time! One of close to a dozen restaurants to chose from.

11: The Mayan show was full of flames, smoke and half-naked women. And then there was the show!

12: Tulum, the only Mayan ruins located on the shore.

14: Lizards all around. Not little Florida one, but cat-sized beasts.

17: Probably the hottest day of the trip. And just minutes before a soaking rainstorm.

18: In the heat, they were none too pleased that they did not know to bring their swimsuits. Not that everyone was wearing them!

20: Just minutes before the skies let loose..

22: As Hurricane Dean zeroed in on Tulum and the Pallidium, we ran off, narrowly escaping yet another storm.
