Our Trip to Italy - Page Text Content

FC: Our Trip to Italy

1: First we landed in Rome! | Here's a picture of our hotel. The first place we visited was The Colosseum.

2: This was our tour guide that took us through the Vatican City. His name was Roberto and he called us "his little angels."

3: The picture to the left is the hallway leading to the Sistine Chapel. | The picture to the right is the ariel view of Rome from the Vatican.

4: This is two different views of Capri. Isn't it beautiful?

5: It is said in Capri that if a couple kisses underneath this arch, their love will last forever.

6: The picture a the bottom is a family trying to protect themselves from the eruption of Vesuvius.

7: These are pictures of Pompeii. The volcano in the background is Mt. Vesuvius, which erupted covering the city in layers of ash. The picture at the top is a man who casted in the ash and found several thousand years later.

8: We had a great time in Italy. We didn't want to leave but we knew we had to get back to ed217! Such a wonderful class!
