S: Summer 2010
BC: Summer of 2010
FC: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Seattle, Washington
1: Summer 2010 | 2000 miles of driving, 3000 miles of flying, and 8 states all within a three week period.
2: First stop: Anniston, Alabama Andrew and Lauren got married on July 3rd. It was a beautiful wedding! | July 1-4
3: We stayed in this neat bed and breakfast!
4: After the wedding, we headed to Pigeon Forge, TN with Kody's parents for a little vacation. | Pigeon Forge, Tenn. July 4-7 | That night we headed to Gatlinburg for some fun and a firework show to celebrate Independence Day!
8: July 5th
10: July 6th
13: We drove through the Smokey Mountains to North Carolina. The scenery was beautiful! | We left early on July 7th for home. Once we got on the road, we decide to drive it all in one day! 17 hours later we made it home!
14: July 14-18 | Seattle, Washington | Kody had a work conference in Seattle, so I decided to tag along. We stayed at the Madison Renaissance Hotel which was very nice.
16: July 15 | Kody's conference was all day on Thursday, so I just stayed in the hotel all day relaxing, watching movies, reading and surfing the internet. That night we went to dinner at a really nice restaurant hosted by his conference. It was located on a marina.
18: July 16 | Friday, we went on a whale watching cruise. We had to be there really early. We took a 4 hour ferry ride to Friday Harbor, which was on the San Juan Island. Once we got there, we stayed on the boat to go out and look for whales.
20: It was cold! | We looked for 2 hours and did not see one whale!! We were very disappointed!
21: SEATTLE
22: July 17th | Today we went to Pike's Peak, which is a huge public market! There were so many fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers and other things. It is also home to the original Starbucks!

24: To end our trip we visited the Space Needle for a view of the city. | S | P | A | C | E
