This year Mrs N got a group of kids together and told them about a thing called blogging. I was one of them.....
In what ways has blogging changed the way I learn/work? | I have learnt to use lots more different ways to present work. They are more fun to use and I think my work looks better.
How has blogging helped me in the classroom? In my life? | To present my work, tell people what happens in my life (on my blog) and other ways.
What blogging skills or knowledge might help me next year in year six? | I could teach other senior kids about blogging like I am helping Olivia.
What did I enjoy most? | Being chosen to be in the blogging group. Having my own blog. Making Go Animate movies.
What did I find most challenging? | Keeping up with the challenge. I had trouble and I couldn't keep up but I finally caught up.
What was the most rewarding part of blogging? | Finding out I had a blog. I had an awesome feeling when I found that out. I was at a public library, checking my emails whilst overseas, and my mum was sitting next to me. I quickly told her all the while having a smile on my face.
What helped me the most to learn successfully? | Mrs N helped me lots and I would not have been able to reach this stage in blogging if I had not had help. I probably wouldn't have even known what blogging is without Mrs N.
Where do I go from here? | Next year I am still at Clairvaux so I will continue learning about blogging.
My advice to new bloggers | Always remember to have correct punctuation and grammar. Adding videos and widgets are great for blogs as people tend to look at blogs that have those sort of things.
What did I think about Blogging buddies? | It was a great idea and it really put my skills to work. I really enjoyed working with Olivia.
