2: I was born in NSW Australia in Bankstown Hospital. | The country I have visited is : Lebanon, but I would like to visit all of Europe and America and I would also like to see the Pandas in China.

4: Sometimes when I feel down I would talk to my closest Friend ever Daniel El-Azzi and his so good at cheering me up by the time I get back home I am already happy. | My religious views are the trinity and the word of the bible in the name of the father and the son and the holy spirit and their is only on god over all.All Christians value God because he is the creator of humanity and the universe and the father sent his only son to die on the cross for our sin.
5: My Challenges | The first positive and negative challenges I have faced in my life or going to face in my life is High School because it teaches you to become independent for your future life,work and university but at the same time it can be a negative challenge because of all the stress of assignments, tests and work load can build up inside you.
6: Another positive and negative challenge I am going to face is puberty because it is a sign that your growing up in a healthy way and it is a step closer to adulthood and brings more maturity and responsibility but on the other hand it can also bring a lot of emotional and physical stress and you might not have any one looking out for you to help.
7: Coping Strategies | 1.Look on the bright side To every problem there is a solution and if your feeling down remember theirs always light at the end of the tunnel
8: 2. Relax Learn to calm yourself down when your freaking out or hyperventilating just breathe | 3.Be healthy It is actual fact that if your unhealthy you feel down so eat drink healthy and exercise
9: 4.Sleep It is fact that when you sleep your body heals of you so take a nice long sleep | 5.Say 'No' To say no is not a bad thing only take as much as you can handle but don't be lazy and say no to everything
10: Support Services | 1. Parents You should choose parents because they have known you all your life so ask | 2.Teachers You should always ask your teachers because they know your weak points and strong points
11: 3.Counselor You should ask your school counselor because her is similar to a psychologist | 4.School Principal You should ask your school principal because he knows your weak and strong points in all subjects
12: 5.Older cousins, siblings and friends You should ask them because they have already been through the same kind of stress as you have
13: Goals | 2 short term goals: - To stop talking in class - To be more friendly to every one | 1 intermediate goal: - From the marks of term 1 to gradually get better in term 2
14: 2 long term goals: -To get high enough marks to show I'm a excellent worker -To be able to understand all the work of year 7
15: Puberty | I think that I would have to face puberty in the next 5 years because it happens to every one at whatever age and once it happens it's a sign that I'm growing up in a healthy and positive way and even though puberty is physical change it can be mental change such as responsibility and maturity.
