FC: The story of the flood! | By: April Hogsed, Destiny Dawson, Lay Ford

1: Anu- lord of firmament their father | Enlil-warrior counselor | Ninurta- helper | Unbara-tutu - Builder | Characters

2: Enlil says "The people are multiplying like rabbits!" "We must control this. I have to vote exterminate mankind. "We shall pick one man to help. Ubara-Tutu says "Was told to tear down his home to build a boat. On the boat he must have two animals of each type.

3: Enlil says "If asked by anyone says Enlil is mad at me I don't want to make it worse. I will go to gulf to dwell with my lord. He will give you tons of rain." Ubara begins to begin to build the boat. The has seven decks and nine sections with bulkheads.

4: On the 7th day the boat was complete. The boat was placed two-thirds into the water. All family, kin, pets and wild animals.

5: The next day it began to thunder. The next thing the city saw was the Gods come down destroying everything.

6: The seven judges of hell raised their torches. The land was smashed like a cup. The Gods were terrified of the flood and ran.

7: Queen of heaven-"Why did I let this happen?" The Gods of heaven and hell cried! For six days and six nights it flooded.

8: Finally on the seventh day the flood subsided. Ubara-Tutu wept when he opened the door to the boat and saw the destruction.

9: The world was deadly silent.

10: Ubara made a sacrifice but Enlil couldn't come close. Enlil caused all the destruction by the flood. Sacrifice was learned in a dream.

11: "Lay upon the sinner his sin, Lay upon the transgressor his transgression, Punish him a little when he breaks loose, Do not drive him too hard or he perishes, Would that a lion had ravaged mankind."

12: "Rather than the flood, would that famine had wasted the world, Rather than the flood, would that pestilence had wasted mankind, rather than the flood."

13: Not revealed by Gods to Ubara-Tutu. Another God told Enlil "Now take your counsel what shall be done with him?" Enlil went up into boat. Took Ubara and wife with him. Kneel down beside Enlil touched their forehead and blessed them.
