2: Ingredients 3 slices of bacon 8 crimini mushrooms 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon chopped onions 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese | Bacon & Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms | Directions 1. Cook bacon in large skillet, drain, dice, and set aside. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 3. Remove and chop mushroom steams 4. In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in onion and mushroom steams and cook until onions are soft. 5. Mix together bacon, steam mixture, and 1/2 cup of cheese in a bowl. 6. Scoop the mixture into the caps. 7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 mins or until cheese melts. Then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4: Cowboy Baked Beans | 1/2 lb. hamburger 8 strips bacon 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 can navy beans 1 can lima beans 1 can butter beans 1 can red kidney beans | i can pork 'n beans 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup bbq sauce 1/2 cup vinegar 2 tbsp molasses 2-3 drops liquid smoke | 1. Cook and drain hamburger. Fry and crumble bacon. 2. Drain all beans and mix all ingredients together. 3. Bake in 3 qt dish at 350 degrees for one hour or in crock pot for 8 hours on low or on high for 3-4 hrs. 7: Holiday Sugar Cookies | Ingredients 1-1/4 cups sugar 1 cup (stick) crisco 2 eggs 1/4 cup light syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt | Directions 1. Combine sugar crisco in large bowl. Mix on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, syrup, and vanilla. Beat until well blended and fluffy. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until well blended. Divide dough into four quarters. 3. Flour a flat surface and flatten one quarter with hands and then roll to 1/4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters to cut dough. 4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet2 inches apart. Bake for 5 to 9 mins. Remove from oven and cool on sheet fro 2 mins. | Preheat 375 | Servings 3 dozen | Frosted Just the way you Like
8: A holiday must | Filling Beat together 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 package cream cheese, 6 tbs butter, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.
9: Pumpkin Roll | Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Line with wax paper, grease and flout the wax paper. 2. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and salt on wax paper. 3. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until thick and fluffy; beat in pumpkin. Stir in sifted mixture. Pour into prepared pan and sprikle with nuts. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 mins. 5. Loosen cake around edges with a knife. Invert onto damp towel dusted with powdered sugar. Trip 1/4 inch off edges. Roll up cake and towel from short side. 6. Unroll cake and spread with cream cheese filing. 14: Blue Berry Layered Desert | Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350. Stir together 2 cups flour and brown sugar. Stir in pecans and butter . Press into an 11x7x1.5 inch pan. Bake about 15 to 18 mins or until light brown. 2. Meanwhile in a medium saucepan combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1tbsp flour. Add blueberries. Cook and stir over medium heat about 10 mins or until comes to a boil and thickens. Pour into bowl cover and cool. 3. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until light and fluffy. Fold in desert topping. Spread over cooled crust. 17: Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies | Ingredients 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup crisco 1-1/4 cup brow sugar 3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp vanilla 1 egg 1-3/4 all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp baking soda | Directions 1. Heat oven to 375. 2. Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add egg and beat just until blended. 3. Combine flout salt and baking soda. Add to cream mixture on low speed. Mix just until blended. 4. Drop heaping teaspoon 2 inches apart on to ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of fork. 5.Bake 7 to 8 mins and cool 2 mins on sheet. Remove to completely cool.

19: Banana Bread | Ingredients 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 1 cup bananas (2 or 3) 2 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt | Directions 1.Mash bananas with tines of fork. 2. Mic bananas, sugar, and eggs. 3. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. Bake for an hour on 350.
