BC: Francesco Petrarch was born in Italy in July 1304. He was a famous poet and wrote many famous sonnets to his love, Laura. HIs love to Laura was his inspiration for his poetry. He is known as one of the fathers of the Renaissance period. The Black death caused Petrarch's death in July of 1374.

2: On July 20, 1304, Francesco Petrarch was born in Arezzo, Italy. He lived in Italy his whole life.

3: Francis's passion was writing, He loved to write love songs and poems. He was inspired by a girl he called Laura. He hoped to find his 'Laura' and spend the rest of his life with her.

5: Francesco was a very religious man. Before he set out on his journey across Italy, he went to his home church of Saint Claire to pray for safe travels. His faith was very important to him and he went to God with any problems that appeared.

6: Francesco left the church and headed out to find Laura.

7: Finding Laura was not as easy as Francis had hoped. He continued to write love songs and poems for his Laura.

8: Francis made the decision to traveled all over Italy until he found this girl of his dreams, Laura.

9: Francesco wrote to Laura, 'Love found me all disarmed and found the way was clear to reach my heart down through the eyes which have become the halls and doors of tears.' His journey took him towards Verona, where he hoped to find his true love.

10: When Francesco reached Verona, he went and found his friend, Lombard Dellaseta and asked if he could stay with him during his visit to Verona.

11: ""'Of course, Francesco. You are always welcome to come and visit me. What are you here for?'

13: Francesco replied, 'I came to find my love.!I do not know who she is yet, but I have a feeling I will find her here in Verona.'

14: Francesco went to the market to see if he could find the women he would spend the rest of his life with. He went into the market and saw a beautiful women, Belinda Sade. When he first saw her, he knew that they would be together for the rest of his life.

15: Francesco and Belinda spent every day together for a year and they were deeply in love. Francesco knew that he was the luckiest man in Italy. | Francesco went to the market to see if he could find the woman he would spend the rest of his life with. He went into the market and saw a beautiful woman, Belinda Sade. At that moment, Francesco knew that they would be together for the rest of his life.

16: Francesco received a letter in the mail from the Church telling him that he could not be with his true love because of his role in the church.

17: Belinda was already with child when she received the news. Heartbroken, she promised not to reveal her name and keep their relationship a secret.

19: Francesco's poems to Laura became very famous and well known all around the world. Francesco Petrarch was made poet laureate in Rome. He is known as one of the fathers of the Renaissance period and is one of the most famous figures in Italian literature.
