1: Do you have too much to do? Do you get really stressed out? We all feel this way sometimes. Well i"m here to tell you all about stress, situations that cause stress, the way your body reacts to stress, consequences of being stressed, and ways you can prevent stress to have a negative impact on your life because you need to live a healthy lifestyle!
2: There are a lot of situations that can cause people stress. There's school, tests and quizzes, homework assignments in every class, personal problems, and knowing that you have so much to do the whole week and even the rest of the year!
4: People react to stress in many different ways. People can have mood swings, get very frustrated with others or even really sad. They aren't in a happy mood like they should be. Also they usually don't get enough sleep, and have different eating habits. which is not good for your health. All these things aren't good physically, mentally, and emotionally for your health.
5: A social life and school is a lot of work!
6: There are many consequences of getting stressed. Sometimes you ruin a friendship with a close friend, or you don't get along as well with them anymore. Also when you are stressed you usually put everyone that you are hanging around with in a bad mood because of your mood and the way that you are acting. These kinds of things don't make you or anybody around you happy.
8: We all know stress is something that we don't want to have to deal with, but we all have it sometimes. But their are ways that you can prevent stress from having a negative impact on your life.
9: You need to stop worrying about everything! You can also schedule and plan things so that they don't cause as much stress. Laugh, smile, and you will feel better. Lastly, have some down time, spend time without work when you need to, take a break and then you will feel relaxed and have a better attitude about things! (:
10: I hope this information helped you learn more about stress and how to not have as much of it. You need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, physically, mentally, emotionally. So stay positive, and work on what you need to do to stay healthy, happy and to become a successful person!
