4: Pizza Dip | 1 – 8 oz package softened cream cheese Pepperoni/ham/bacon 1/2 cup sour cream Green peppers 1 tsp oregano and garlic powder Onions 1 – 7 1/2 oz can hot and spicy pizza sauce Grated mozzarella cheese Beat cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, and garlic powder. Spread in deep pie plate. Spread pizza sauce on top. Spread meat and toppings on sauce and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with nacho chips or crackers. | 5

5: Nacho Dip | 1 stick cream cheese 1 jar medium spicy salsa 1 small tub non-low fat sour cream 1 chopped green pepper Shredded cheddar cheese 1 chopped green onion Microwave cream cheese for 1 minute to soften. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Spread into bottom of dish. Sprinkle green peppers on top. Pour salsa on top of peppers. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top until covered. Sprinkle a few green onions on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. | 6

6: Cheese Ball | 2 – 8 oz packages softened cream cheese 1 tbsp finely chopped onion 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp chopped green peppers Dash of salt 1 tbsp chopped pimento Dash of cayenne Combine all ingredients and roll into a ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans or finely chopped parsley. | 7

7: Cheesy Potatoes | 2 lbs hash browns 1/2 cup diced onions 500 ml sour cream 1 tsp salt 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 cup melted margarine 2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese Mix all together and put in 9 x 13" pan. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and crushed cornflakes together. Pour over top. | 8

10: Baked Ziti | 4 cups ziti pasta, uncooked 3/4 cup sour cream 1 jar (26 oz) marinara or pasta sauce 8 oz shredded cheese 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 6 oz (3/4 package) cubed cream cheese Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta in large saucepan and drain. Meanwhile, add marinara/pasta sauce, tomatoes, and cream cheese to the same pan; cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Return pasta to pan; mix well. Layer half the pasta mixture in a 13 x 9” baking dish; cover with layers of sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and remaining pasta mixture. Top with remaining cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. | 11

11: Chicken, Broccoli & Potato Divan | 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing 3 large sliced potatoes 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cups frozen broccoli florets 1 tub (10 oz) garlic cooking cream 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/8 tsp ground black pepper Heat oven to 375. Pour dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix cooking cream and milk in a large bowl. Add potatoes, broccoli, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix lightly. Spoon into 13 x 9” baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken over ingredients in baking dish; sprinkle with pepper. Cover with tinfoil. Bake 1 hour or until heated through, uncovering and sprinkling with remaining shredded cheese after 45 minutes. | 12

12: Lasagna | 13 | Hamburger 1 egg Onion Lasagna noodles Mushrooms Shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 can spaghetti sauce Parmesan cheese 1 small can tomato paste 1 tub cottage cheese Fry hamburger, onion, and mushrooms; drain fat. Pour spaghetti sauce and tomato paste into frying pan. Add hamburger mixture; cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often. Mix together cottage cheese and egg. In a 9 x 13" pan, put a layer of sauce mixture. Add a layer of lasagna noodles., 1/3 of the remaining sauce mixture, and 1/3 cottage cheese mixture. Continue adding layers of Mozzarella cheese, noodles, sauce mixture, and cottage cheese mixture. Top with a layer of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

13: Chili | Browned hamburger 2 cloves crushed garlic 2 - 680 ml cans tomato sauce 1 chopped medium onion 1 can diced tomatoes 2 stalks sliced celery 2 cans whole mushrooms 3+ tbsp chili powder 1 - 540 ml can drained kidney beans 1 large chopped green pepper Simmer over low heat for 2 hours minimum. | 14

16: Chocolate Chip Cookies | 1 lb margarine 2 tsp baking soda 4 eggs 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 1/2 bags chocolate chips 4 1/2 cups flour (less if dry) Cream together margarine and sugars. Add the eggs and mix. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into the first mixture. Mix in vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350. | 17

17: Sugar Cookies | 1 1/2 cup sugar 4 cups flour 1 1/2 cup shortening 3 tsp baking powder 3 eggs 1/2 tsp soda 1 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together salt, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Alternate adding milk and sifted dry ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. | 18

18: Banana Cake | 1/2 cup shortening 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 cup ripe bananas 2 cups flour 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (if desired) 1 tsp baking powder Mix together shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Mash bananas in a separate bowl. Alternate bananas and buttermilk. Mix well between additions. Add vanilla. Add chopped nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 325. | 19

19: Sex in a Pan | 1 large package Oreo cookies 1 stick cream cheese 1/2 cup butter/margarine 2 boxes chocolate pudding 1 large container whipped cream Crush Oreo cookies; mix with butter and compress in bottom of cake pan. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Blend together until smooth half of whipped cream and cream cheese; spread over cookies. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Mix pudding together and put on top of previous layer. After 1/2 hour, put on rest of whipped cream. | 20

20: Rhubarb Crunch | 1 cup flour 2 tbsp corn starch 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup boiling water 3/4 cup oatmeal 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup butter 4 cups rhubarb 1 cup sugar Mix together flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, and butter. Mix together sugar, corn starch, boiling water, and vanilla to create the sauce. Place half the crunch mixture on the bottom of an 8 or 9” square pan. Put rhubarb on top. Pour the sauce over the rhubarb. Place the remaining crunch on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. | 21

21: Molasses Cookies | 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2/3 cup shortening 1/2 tsp cloves 2 eggs 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 cup molasses 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp salt 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking soda Roll into walnut-size balls. Roll in sugar; don't flatten. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. | 22
