FC: Newton's Second law.

1: Introduction | Second law: The acceleration a of a body is parallel and directly proportional to the net force F and inversely proportional to the mass m, i.e., F = ma.

2: Objectives | 1. Learn and understand Newton's Second Law of motion. 2. Understand how the acceleration of a body is parallel and directly proportional to the net force F and inversely proportional to the mass. 3. Apply the formula: F=ma

3: Materials | 1. Spring Scale 2. Bathroom Scale 3. Protractor 4. A Kart that can support two kids 5. Rope to pull the car

4: Procedure | 1. First we had to weigh the kart and the children. 2. Then we had to attach the spring scale to the kart. 3. Then we measured the angle. 4. Once we got the force we start pulling the kart 5. Finally we applied the information in the chart

5: Results

8: Conclusion | 1. Force: something that can accelerate objects. 2. Its measured in Newtons. 3. Acceleration is when a force acts on mass.
