S: Sunnyville Rule Book
FC: Sunnyville Rule Book | By Bailey and Julie
 1) Respect yourself and others: You need to respect others and yourself because if you don't, nothing good comes out of it. When you respect others, they will treat you the same. The main idea is to treat others the way you would like to be treated.
 2) Don't start any unreasonable arguments: Unreasonable arguments can't help if Sunnyville is a happy place. There should be no reason to get mad at someone, and if there is, violence is not the answer. Just try and work it out with them, or get some help.
 3) NO vandalism or crimes: If you vandalize or commit a crime, you are going against everything you've worked for, and the town. No one in Sunnyville should want any bad thing happening.
 4) Everything you do is your responsibility: If you do something, whether it is good or bad, you are responsible and you cannot blame anyone else for any bad action you have done.
 5) Once eighteen you're an individual: Once you turn eighteen, you are not living with your parents anymore and you have to bide for yourself. Also, all you really depend on is yourself; not others.
 6) What you give is what you get: If you give something good, you will "get that back". In other words, treat others the way you want to be treated, and good things will come out of that.
 7) School is a MUST(no ditching): If you ditch school you don't learn, and if you don't learn, you won't get anywhere and cannot live on your own (refers to rule #5).
 8) Work before play: If you play before you work (whether it is homework for school, or a project for your business), you will not get anything done, and if you wait until the last minute, you will become stressed out, and we do not like it when people get stressed out. They need to be happy.
 9) Be truthful: Lying doesn't get you to a better place. All it does is dig you into a bigger hole.
 10) All rules MUST be followed: If none are followed, there will be serious consequences.
