2: My life has changed completely ever since dad bought the radio and the car .Now we don't have to clean up after the horses. We also just got new electric lighting in our houses so now i can read it is so cool and my family and I are so happy.
4: When I heard that alcohol was legal my mother and I were very upset. My cousin was coming home very drunk and throwing things every where. It made me very angry, I miss the days when alcohol was illegal.
6: Life was difficult in the south. My family decided to move to the north to find better jobs, good pay and better opportunities. When we arrived there , I went to the restroom and noticed a bunch of local kids. I said hello and they pushed be down and said get out of here. WOW !!! I guess it really wasn't as different as I thought it would be.
10: I can't believe my father just lost his job. Now we don't have enough money to buy basic things like food and water. I am so worried i am going to go hungry its so scary!! i am also afraid we are going to loose our house and i wont have any place to live moms job isn't enough to take care of us I sure hope dad gets his job back.
12: thanks for watching
20: A family is pieced together with hope and faith. A family is quilted and bound with love and grace.
