47: Junior High lead into an increase in competition and dedication that was required in high school. We learned about 2-a-day practices and summer endurance training. We won't forget lunges in soccer, sprints in basketball, and hardcore batting cages in fastpitch. We had more competitive try-outs. Summer camps were intense! Late, energetic nights at Pep band for great basketball and football games. Preoccupied with boyfriends. Spent lots of time with the Calhoun's and the Haygood's. Court got to go to Texas with Justin's | family. Court was the water girl for the football team. Emotional Daffodil speech. Daffodil Parade in the band and on the float. Learning to drive was memorable. "Mom & Dad, Thanks for giving us all of those hours of drive time. "Mom, Stop braking! I'm driving!" Dad, thanks for our mountain road and pasture driving lessons." Tiffany always made sure Court put her seat belt on even if she had to pull over (on multiple occasions) and even if it made them late to | school. Remember when the T-top flew off the Firebird at 45mph because 4 boys decided to unlatch it while going to get burgers. "Thanks, Mom, for not grounding me." Tiff's 1983 Gold Toyota Tercel hatchback, which Court hated to drive. Court's Chevy S10 Extreme-her first clutch! Thanks for | having faith in me. Summer time spent camping, at the lake and weeding an impossible flower garden for pennies the hottest week of the summer. Babysitting around home and babysitting in Mexico. First jobs at Super Cuts and Safeway. Went from pagers and phone booths to cell phones. High School was full of adventures & new life experiences. Thank you for all of your support!
