1: This is called root action. Root action is where roots of plants work their way in cracks in a rock, enlarging them. This is physical weathering action.

2: This is called erosion. Erosion is wearing away a compound after several years. This is a physical change because the rock is slowly being eroded away. This is taking place down by the falls in chagrin.

3: This is called oxygen. Oxygen causes the iron to these compounds to turn into rust.

4: This is called thermal expansion. Thermal expansion is when cooling and heating of the rock is having stress that causes the rock to crack.

5: This is called water. | Water increases the size of the grains. straining and weakening the rocks.

6: This is called living organisms. Living organisms is were a rock that lives by the falls/ water and has living plant on top that are growing and alive.

7: I am a living organism. I know this because I grow, eat, and do other things that involve helping me grow and keep me healthy. I like lots of candy and I love horses.

9: This is called erosion. Erosion is a physical change. Rocks that are in the river as well as cement walls that are draining water are eroding because of the water rubbing against them. Its affecting the river because soon the walls and rocks will erode causing the river to get wider.
