6: Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups sugar 3 cups finely shredded carrots (a food processor is great for this) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup vegetable oil 4 large eggs Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake pans with paper liners if desired.Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly while mixing. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl every minute. Pour batter into cupcake liners until they are 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans then move to wire rack to cool completely. - cream cheese frosting | Carrot Cake Cupcakes

8: Kristen Hettinga Tortilla Pizzas Ingredients: any type of tortillas fresh tomatoes fresh basil leaves italian seasoning truffle oil and/ or olive oil feta cheese Directions: Place tortillas on cookie sheet, then spread truffle oil and /or olive oil on tortilla. Then place basil leaves then tomatoes then feta cheese crumbles. Sprinkle seasonings then place in oven on low broil for about 5 minutes or bake at 350 degrees until golden brown!

10: Rogge Bread A DUTCH TREAT INGREDIENTS: 8-12 BREAD SLICES, CRUSTS REMOVED, BUTTERED 1-1/2 lbs COOKED HAM CHUNKS 1/2LB CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED 2 SMALL GREEN ONIONS , CHIPPED 1 (4OZ) CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS, DRAINED 6 EGGS 2 CUPS MILK 1 TSP SALT 1/2 TSP PREPARED MUSTARD INSTRUCTIONS: IN 9/13 BUTTERED DISH , ALTERNATE TWICE LAYERS OF BREAD, MEAT AND VEGETABLES, ENDING WITH CHEESE. THEN BEAT TOGETHER THE EGGS, MILK , SALT AND MUSTARD, POUR OVER TOP OF LAYERS. COVER TIGHTLY WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 325 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.

12: Ingredients : 1 can campbells condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables 2 cps medium egg noodles, cooked and drained 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Preparation: stir the soup, milk, pepper, veggies, chicken , noodles and parmesean cheese in a 1 1/2 qrt casserole dish bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, stir the chicken mixture , top with cheddar cheese | "WOOF WOOF "

15: Ida's Bavarian Cream Ingredients: 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar and 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs , separated 1 1/2 cup milk (whole) 1 cup heavy cream 1 1/2tsp vanilla extract choice of fruit optional Directions: 1. in a 3 quart sauce pan , stir gelatin , salt and 2 tsp of sugar until well mixed. in small bowl with wire whisk mix together egg yolks and milk 2. stir milk mixture into gelatin mixture, over low heat , cook stir constantly, until mixture coats spoon. refrigerate until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. 3. in small bowl at high speed, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, and then gradually beat in 1/4 cup of sugar until dissovled. 4. spoon stiff egg whites over gelatin mixture. in same bowl beat cream with vanilla until soft peaks form, add to gelatin mixture in pan. 5. with wire whisk, gently fold whites and cream into gelatin; pour into 6 cup mold, refrigerate till set, about 3 hours. 6. to serve. carefully unmold onto serving plate- serve with sliced strawberries or choice of fruit

17: THEN BREAD THE CHICKEN: DIP CHICKEN IN MILK AND EGG MIXTURE THEN INTO BOWL WITH BREAD CRUMBS. THEN FRY IN PAN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. ONCE THE CHICKEN IS COOKED PLACE IN LARGE DISH , THEN ADD LAYER OF SAUCE THEN A LAYER OF PARMESEAN CHEESE. REPEAT LAYERS TILL CHICKEN AND SAUCE IS ALL USED UP. FOR A GARNISH ON TOP ADD SLICES OF FRESH TOMATOES AND DRIED BASIL! SERVE WITH FAVORITE PASTA~

18: On a slice of sour dough bread: spread soft butter then sprinkle a hefty amount of grated parmesean cheese and and a pinch of garlic salt then a touch of garlic salt. Place in oven on low broil until golden and crispy! | Parmesean Garlic Bread Delight

19: Margie's Oatmeal Bread Combine 2 cups boiled water, one third cup shortening, 1 cup rolled oats, 2-3tsp salt, one forth cup molasses = then cool till luke warm Add 1 pkg yeast (2 -4 tsp ) mix and blend in 2 eggs add 5 and a half cups sifted flour / Then mix together Place in greased bowl and cover, store in fridge for 2 hrs. Chop chilled dough into loaves, place in greased pans and cover. Let it rise in warm place for 2 hours Bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees!

COVER; COOK ON LOW HEAT SETTING FOR 8-10 HRS, OR ON HIGH HIEAT SETTING FOR 4 HRS OR UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER. 3. INCREASE HEAT SETTING TO HIGH 20 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. COMBINE FLOUR AND COLD WATER IN SMALL BOWL. STIR FLOUR MIXTURE INTO BEEF MIXTURE. COVER; CONTINUE COOKING 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES ARE THICKENED. 4. STIR IN GARLIC, ONIONS, AND BAY LEAVES. COVER AND BAKE UNTIL TENDER, AT LEAST 2 HOURS. WITH A SLOTTED SPOON, TRANSFER SHORT RIBS TO A BAKING DISH AND KEEP WARM IN OVEN. SKIM FAT FROM SURFACE OF SAUCE WITH A SPOON. PLACE POT ON STOVE ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, AND STIR IN TOMATO PASTE. COOK UNTIL THICK AND SMOOTH , STIRRING OFTEN AND ADDING MORE STOCK, WINE OR TOMATO PASTE IF NEEDED. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. RETURN RIBS TO PAN AN SERVE!

24: MARK HAYNES | INGREDIENTS: 1/2 LB CHORIZO 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION 2 CUPS CHOPPED FRESH MUSHROOMS OR GREEN ONIONS 1/2 CUP TOMATO JUICE OR SAUCE 2 CUPS SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE 2 CUPS SHREDDED AMERICAN CHEESE 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED JALAPENO PEPPER TORTILLA OR CORN CHIPS DIRECTIONS: COOK CHORIZO AND ONION IN A LARGE SKILLET TILL MEAT IS PINK AND ONION IS TENDER. DRAIN WELL. ADD MUSHROOMS, COOK TILL TENDER. STIR IN TOMATO JUICE, CHEESES AND JALAPENO PEPPER. COOK AND STIR JUST TILL CHEESE IS MELTED AND MIXTURE IS BLENDED. SERVE HOT WITH TORTILLA OR CORN CHIPS.

27: INGREDIENTS: 2 TSP UNSALTED BUTTER 1 1/4 POUNDS FINGERLING POTATOES, RINSED BUT NOT PEELED 1 TSP KOSHER SALT 1/4 TSP FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER 1 1/2 TSP CHOPPED FRESH DILL DIRECTIONS: MELT THE BUTTER IN AN OVEN OR LARGE POT. ADD THE WHOLE POTATOES, SALT , AND PEPPER AND TOSS WELL. COVER THE POT TIGHTLY AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR 20-30 MINUTES UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE JUST TENDER WHEN TESTED WITH A SMALL KNIFE. FROM TIME TO TIME, SHAKE THE POT WITHOUT REMOVING THE LID TO PREVENT THE BOTTOM POTATOES FROM BURNING. TURN OFF THE HEAT AND ALLOW THE POTATOES TO STEAM FOR ANOHTER 5 MINUTES. DONT OVERCOOK. TOSS WITH THE DILL AND SERVE HOT! | DILL FINGERLING POTATOES
