6: Vegetables | Hash Brown Casserole Janie Mom and Pop 1 32 oz pk Frozen Hash browns (Thawed) 1/2 Cup Margarine melted 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion 1 Can Cream of Chicken 8 oz. Sour Cream 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (Combine above) Combine 2 Cup Corn Flakes Crushed and 14 Cup of Melted butter. Sprinkle Mixture over Potato Casserole. Bake on 350 for 50 minutes. | Dice 2-3 Potatoes Put in plastic bag and add 1 pkg of onion soup mix and 1/4 C of oil and shake. Bake 350-375 for 45 minutes | Oven Potatoes | Nana K | 1 pkg Broccoli 2 Cups Minute Rice 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Cup Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Cup Grated Velveeta Cheese 1 Cup of MIlk Cook Broccoli until tender. 7: 1-2 Cans Green Beans 1 T Butter 1 T Flour Salt and Pepper (Cook Together) Add 1 Can Cram of Mushroom Top with dried Onion Rings Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes | Green Bean Casserole
8: Creamy Halibut Bake 2 Lbs. Halibut 1 tsp. onion 1 tsp. salt 1 Carrot Boil 1hr leave in pot with liquid to cool 1 hr. Drain fish & put in baking dish . Pour cheese sauce over top. Cheese Sauce 2 T. Butter 2 T. Flour 2 Cup Milk 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese 1/4 tsp. hot sauce Melt butter, stir in flour. Gradually add milk- Stir until thick. Stir cheese and hot sauce. 9: Nana K | Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches | 1 Roast 1 Bottle of Italian Seasoning 1 pkg Onion Soup Cover with Water Cook on low 8 hrs. Put on Italian Bread and sprinkle with Parmesan | Dusty's Favorite | Green Chili 1 Sm can green chilies 1 lb velveeta 1 lb hamburger meat Sm can Carnation milk 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Onion Salt & Pepper Layer Corn Tortillas on baking dish and pour mixture over. Cook on 350 for 20 minutes and then add shredded cheese and cook till melted.
10: King Ranch Chicken Nana K Mix: 1 Chicken Cooked & boned or 2 cans of Chicken 1 Can Cream of Chicken 1 Can Cream of Mushroom 1 Can Green Chilies Diced Line baking dish with tortillas and pour in mixture and top with cheese. Bake 350 till hot | Spanish Chicken Nana K 1 pk taco flavored doritoes 1 can chicken 1/8 Cup onion flakes 1 Can Can of Mushroom 1 Can Cream of Chicken 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes 2 Bouillon Cubes Dissolved Bring Soup and Rotel tomatoes to boil. Add Chicken, onion, & doritoes. Bake 400 top with cheese last 10 minutes.

12: 1 lbs. Hamburger meat browned Chili Powder 1 8oz can of tomato sauce 1/4 C. water 2 C. Macaroni 1 C. Shredded Cheese 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack 1/2 C. Parmesan Layer Macaroni, beef sauce, cheese | Western Style Chili Bake Nana K | The Miller's Fav! | Cheesy Chicken and Rice From the kitchen of Kate 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 1/3 Water 3/4 Uncooked Rice 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 Pepper 2 C. Frozen Mixed Veggies 1 1/4 lb of Chicken 1/2 C. Cheese Shredded Stir Soup water, rice, and onion,powder, pepper, and veggies in baking dish. Top with Chicken and cover. Bake for 50 minutes on 375. | Lasagna 1 lb. Ground Beef 1/2 C. Chopped Onion 1 1/2 t. Salt and pepper 1 t. oregano 6 oz. tomatoes paste 8 oz. tomato sauce 3/4 C. hot water Mix together 1 Egg 12 oz Cottage Cheese 1 C. Mozzarella 9 noodles Add sauce, paste, water, and seasoning. Simmer 15 min. Blend egg w cottage cheese. Layer meat, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese cheese. Heat until sizzling.
13: Beef Enchiladas Nana K 1 lb. Hamburger 1/2 onion Finely Chopped 1 tsp. Garlic and Salt, and Pepper Add 1-2 tsp. Chili Powder Layer Corn Tortillas on bottom of pan, meat, cheese, tortillas, meat. Warm 1 Can Chili (no beans) add a little water to make it spread better. Put warm chili on top layered items and then top with cheese. Can use flour or corn tortillas. Bake on 350 until heated through. | Bet's Thanksgiving Dressing Corn Bread A few Cook Turkey-Keep Juice 1 Onion Finely Chopped Broth 3 Cans (2 for dressing 1 for Gravy) Stir and if not juicy as want add more broth | 1 Lb Ground Beef 1 Can Tomatoes 1/2 Cup Rice 1 Can Drained Pinto Beans spices-chili powder, cumin, thyme, Worcestershire sauce Add tomatoes, rice, and beans to browned meat. 14: Shrimp Pasta From the kitchen of Sarah 1 lb. of Peeled Shrimp 2 Cups Bowtie Pasta 1 tbs. Olive Oil 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 1/2 Cup Tomatoes Diced 2 Cup Mozzarella Cook shrimp in skillet with olive oil and Natures Seasoning. Boil pasta. Add pasta, shrimp, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning in baking dish mix in 1/2 Cup mozzarella and then cover top with mozzarella. Bake on 375 for 30 minutes.
15: Stuffed Bell Peppers From the Kitchen of Sarah 4-6 Bell Peppers 1 lb of Hamburger meat 1 1/2 Cups of Minute Rice 3/4 Cup of Diced Tomatoes 2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce (more to taste) Salt, Pepper, Natures Seasoning 14 Cups of Mexican 4 Blend Cheese Wash peppers, remove top, & lightly salt inside and out. Cook meat and add all other ingredients except cheese. Put a bit of cheese in the bottom of pepper and stuff mixture on top. Cover in cheese. Cook on 400 for 45 minutes.
16: 1 8oz Cream Cheese Sour Cream- Enough to make cream cheese dipping consistency Spread over dish 1 Can baby Shrimp drained 1 jar shrimp cocktail sauce (layer those) Chill | Shrimp Dip | Janie Mom | 1 Can Rotel 2 lbs. 18: Strawberry Eagle-Brand Salad | Nana K | 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip 1 Can Eagle Brand 1 Carton frozen strawberries/small 1 Can Pineapples Crushed (small) 1/2 C. pecans Mix cool whip and eagle brand with miser-add strawberries, pineapples, & pecans. Chill. | Mark's Pumpkin Pie 1 Can Eagle Brand 2 Eggs 15oz Can Pumpkin 1 t. Cinnamon 1/2 Ginger 1/2 t. Nutmeg 1/2 Salt Separate eggs&-Beat whites fluffy. Mix pumpkin, yolks, & 1 t. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, milk until smooth. Fold Gently egg whites. Bake 425 15min. Remove from oven reduce to 350. Topping: 1/4 Brown Sugar, 2T. Flour, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 2 T Butter Chilled, 1 C. Pecans Sprinkle over Pie and Bake 40 minutes on 350.

20: Texas Cream Pie Heat 1 Cup Milk, hot enough to melt marsh mellows Mix 1/8 Cup Corn Starch 1/8 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Sugar Add to milk mixture, Beat 2 egg yolks and mix with 1/2 Cup milk and add to other mixture. Cook all until very thick. Beat 2 egg whites until very stiff and fold into mixture. add 1/2 t. vanilla. Chill and pour into crust. 22: German Chocolate Cake 2 Cups Sugar 1 Cup Crisco 1 Cup Buttermilk 4 Egg Yolks 2 1/2 Cups Flour 1 t. Vanilla 1 pkg. German Chocolate Dissolve chocolate in half cup boiling water. Beat egg white until stiff and set both aside. Cream crisco and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and buttermilk. Add pinch of salt to mixture of chocolate. Add to batter then add vanilla and flour and fold in egg whites. Bake on 350 35-40 minutes. | Strawberry Pound Cake | 1 Box White Cake Mix 4 Eggs 1 Cup Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup Cold Water 5 Oz. 23: 1 Duncan Hines Chocolate Sour Cream Mix Box Instant Chocolate Pudding (sm.) 4 Eggs 1 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 Warm water 1/2 C. Cooking Oil Chocolate Chips- Milk Chocolate Nuts | 350 | 1 hr. | Betty's Chocolate Cake | Granny Bet | 2 C Flour 5 egg yolks 1 t. soda 5 egg whites 1/4 t. salt 1 t. vanilla 1 Cube Oleo 1/2 Crisco 1 C. Buttermilk 1 C. Coconut 2 C. Sugar Cream sugar, oleo and criso. Add egg yolk one at a time beating well. Add flour, soda, salt, and coconut with buttermilk and vanilla beating in a little at a time. 24: 1 Stick Butter 1 C. Brown Sugar 1 C. Sugar 2 Eggs 1 1/2 C Flour 1 t. Vanilla 1 t. Soda 1 t. salt 3 C. Oatmeal Sm pkg. Chocolate | Oatmeal & Chocolate Chip Cookies | Nana K | 1 Cake Mix-not pudding 3 eggs 1/2 C. oil Mix and bake at 350 for 8-10 | Cake Mix Cookies | 7 Up Pound Cake 2 Sticks butter softened 1/2 Crisco 3 Cup Sugar 5 Eggs 3 Cup Flour 1- 10 oz 7up 1tsp. Almond Flavoring 1 tsp. Lemon Favoring Cream soft butter -criso. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs(at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour alternatively w/ 7 up and flavoring. Bake in 10 in bunt pan using Bakers joy in flour and crisco. Bake at least 1hr. and 10 minutes or until spring back when touched lightly.
25: Crescent Roll Cobbler From the Kitchen of granny Bet | 2 pkg. Crescent rolls 1 Can of peaches (Drain but save juice) Put Fruit at big end of crescent and roll up 2 Sticks Real Butter melted 1 1/2 C sugar tsp. Cinnamon Combine with butterSpoon over rolled Crescents Pour 1/2 Can Sprite and peach juice over rolls Bake 400 40 minutes covered or 10 minutes uncovers | C Flour C. Sugar C. Milk Tsp Vanilla Cut up a stick of butter on bottom Pour Batter on top of butter Pour Peaches on top | 375 | 45 min | Easy Cobbler | Nana K
26: 4 qts milk ( Boil over DBL. Boiler till skims) 12 Eggs separated 1 Cup Four 4 Cup Sugar 4 t. vanilla When Milk comes to boil (w/skim) add to it beaten egg yolks,flour and 2 Cups cold milk Cook Until thick Beat egg whites until foamy-add salt (4 pinches) then beat until stiff. Add 4 Cups Sugar gradually to egg whites.Remove from heat and add beaten egg whites with sugar gradually beating constantly to prevent lumping in hot milk. Add vanilla. 27: Kate | Cake Bites | Make Box Cake Crumble in pan and add desired icing mix well. Roll mixture into balls and freeze for 20 minutes. Melt Almond Bark- white or dark and dip balls into melted chocolate and let harden. | fROM THE KITCHEN OF:Kate | RedVelvet cheese cake | 1/2 C. Butter 8oz cream cheese 2oz chocolate 1/3 c. sugar 1 c. sugar 1 lg egg 2 lrg eggs 1/2 tap vanilla 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 red food coloring 2/3 c. flour 1/4 tsp salt oven 350 35-40 minutes (spray Pan) Melt butter and chocolate and let cool mix sugar,2eggs, vanilla, and red color add chocolate mixture add flour, salt, and pour in pan Cheese cake: mix creAM CHEESE, SUGAR, 1 EGG, AND VANILLA, SPOON INTO OTHER MIXTURE AND SWIRL.
28: Granny Bet 1 C. Butter 1 tsp. Salt 2 C. Sugar 3 1/2 C. Flour 2 tsp. Vanilla 2tsp. Soda 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Baking Powder 4 Eggs 1 C. Sour Cream 2 C. of Mashed Bananas 1 Cup Nuts 1tsp. Salt 3 1/2 C. Flour Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon, add 1 egg at a time. Beat well. Add Banana. Sift flour, salt, soda, & baking powder. Add Alternately with sour cream to banana mixture. Fold in Nuts. Bake 350 50-55 minutes | Banana Nut Bread
29: Name | Peach Cobbler Granny Bet 2 Pkg.Crescent Rolls Put spoonfuls of peaches in rolls. Melt 1 1/2 Sticks butter & 1 1/2 C. Sugar & some cinnamon & pour on top. Add 1 sprite on top.
30: Chewy Pralines 2 C. Sugar 2 C. White Corn Syrup 2 Stks. Butter 2 C. Whipping Cream 2 Tsp. Vanilla 7 C. Whole Pecans Over med. low heat cook sugar & corn syrup until 250. Remove & add butter Stir until dissolved. Add whipping cream. | Grandmother's Peanut Brittle 2 C. Sugar 1 C. Karo 1/2 Water Cook to 230 degrees Add 3 C. Raw Peanuts Stir Constantly to 320 Don't Rush Rise in Temp! Remove from fire and add quickly: 2 t. soda 1t. Butter 1t.Vanilla Stir vigorously & pour into greased cookie sheet while still foaming.
