S: Aunt Patty's Cookbook
1: This Cookbook is inspired by all of the talented cooks in the family.
2: Sabrina | Scrambled Eggs | Spray cooking pan with pam. Then get 3 eggs and whip them up. Add salt, pepper, and any other seasoning such as dried chili peppers for an kick. Pour into heated pan and cook for 4 mins. Use spatula to scramble, cook for additional minute and there u go! | no oven needed | 5 min | 1

4: The Ingredients | The Neelys | Broccoli Soup | 4 tablespoons butter room temperature 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli 1 large onion, chopped 1 carrot, chopped Salt and freshly ground black pepper 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1/2 cup cream Croutons | n/a | 40 min | 3 to 4
5: DIRECTIONS Melt 4 tablespoons butter in heavy medium pot over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, onion, carrot, salt and pepper and saute until onion is translucent, about 6 minutes. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, until the flour reaches a blonde color. Add stock and bring to boil. Simmer uncovered until broccoli is tender, about 15 minutes. Pour in cream. With an immersion blender, puree the soup. Add Salt and pepper, to taste, and then replace the lid back on the pot. Serve hot with Croutons.
6: Frozen Watermelon Margaritas | Puree 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon, 1 cup tequila, 1/2 cup each lime juice and orange liqueur, 1 to 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 cups ice in blender. Divide among glasses; garnish with lime and watermelon.

When cooking, go by your own taste." ~Laiko Bahrs | Franny Italian Potato Salad 5 pound bag of Potatoes (red or Yukon) 1/2 cup chopped Parsley 4 Gloves of Garlic Vinegar Oil Goya salad and Vegtable Seasoning Boil potatoes till done. Cut in small chunks, add Parsley, garlic, vinegar, and oil. Sprinkle goya to taste.
10: 4 sticks of butter 4 minced clams or chopped clams 1 large minced onion 1 TSP of Oregano 1 TBLSP of garlic powder 2 to 3 cups of bread crumbs Sprinkle of crushed red pepper to taste Saute butter and onions till onions are soft. Add all other ingredients and put in a baking dish on 350F for 10 minutes or until edges are bubbly. | Terry's Clam Dip

14: Pumpkin Bread Recipe In large bowl mix sugar eggs and oil | Bowl dry ingredients Alternate- Dry and wet into sugar, egg, and oil mixture. Add pumpkin last grease and flour loaf pan very well. Walnuts are optional Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour till lightly browned
15: Made with love | Aunt Patty | Pumpkin Bread | 3 cups sugar 1 cup veg. oil 4 eggs 3 cups of flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp baking soda 1 tbs baking powder 2/3 cups water 2 cups pumpkin Add last | 350 | 50 min- 1hr | 1 loaf
16: Sunshine Chicken | 1 can of cream soup 1 cup rice (uncooked) 1 can chicken broth 8 chicken breasts Put 1 can chicken broth in bottom of roasting pan, with the rice, then add 1 can cream soup, and 1/2 can of water. Lay chicken cutlets on top. Season to taste. Cook covered 1 hour at 350.
19: Barbeque Spare Ribs | 1 rack of ribs 1 large onion chopped in half 3 stalks of celery roughly cut 1 cup of white vinegar 1/4 cup of hot sauce 1 TBLSP of crushed red pepper salt pepper Boil the spare ribs in a large stock pot with all ingredient. Make sure the water taste salty. Boil for 30 minutes. Then brush with barbeque sauce and put on grill.
21: Stuffed Cabbage | 1 large head of cabbage boiled for 15 minutes 1 TBLSP of olive oil 1 jar of marinara sauce 1 large onion 1 cup cooked rice salt pepper 3 LBS of chopmeat 1 egg Place chopmeat in bowl with rice, 1/2 cup marinara, 1 egg, salt, pepper to taste. In large dutch oven pot put olive oil and onions saute. Add jar of sauce. Take cabbage and put meat mixture in cabbage leaf and roll close. Put all cabbage leaves in sauce pot and cook 1 hour on low not to burn bottom of sauce.
23: Grandma's Christmas Cookies | Bake at 350 till golden brown 5 lbs of flour 6 Tsp baking powder 2 Lbs melted butter 1 Doz beaten eggs 4 oz vanilla or lemon extract Mix all dry ingredients together. Blend in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Chill for 20 minutes and roll out and shape into s shapes or circles.
