2: Basic Dough Ingredients 1 1/4 cup of Flour 4 ox. of Butter Water A pinch of salt Place the flour in a large bowl and add the butter cut into small squares. Using your hands or a fork blend the butter into the flour. Add a pinch of salt a carefully add a little bit of water. Add water until the dough is firm. Cover the dough and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. This makes enough dough for 1 9 inch Quiche (4people). | http://fotobank.ru/index.html

8: Gougere Bourguignonne | Ingredients 5 oz. of Shredded Swiss Cheese 5 oz. of Flour 1 cup of Water 4 tablespoons of Butter 4 Eggs Salt, Pepper 1 Egg Yoke | Serves 4 People | Great with a salad or soup

9: Preheat oven to 390 F. Place the water, butter, and salt in a pan over the fire. Once it reaches boil point, add all the flour and mix well. Add one egg completely mix into the dough. Repeat for the rest of the eggs. Add about 3/4 of the cheese. Add the pepper and other spices as you wish. Butter an oven pan and make small mounds of dough. With a brush, gently cover the tops with egg yoke. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top. Bake for a half an hour. Enjoy!

10: 1 1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips 5 Eggs 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar 1 pinch of Salt Place a pan of water on the stove, in it place another pan with the chocolate and 4 tablespoons of water. This allows the chocolate to melt nicely. Separate the egg whites and yoke. Add the sugar to the egg yokes, well fully mixed add the melted chocolate. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and whip them until stiff then add to the chocolate. Let cool for 4 hours. | Mousse au Chocolat | http://fotobank.ru/index.html

11: Mousse au Citron 3 Eggs 1 cup of Powdered Sugar 1table spoon of Corn Starch 1 1/2 cup Boiling Water 1/2 cup of Lemon Juice Separate the whites and yokes. In a pan mix the sugar and the egg yokes until the mixtures turns a pale yellow.. Place on the stove, on low, add the corn starch, boiling water, and lemon juice. Mix continuously until the mix becomes thick. Place in fridge to cool down. Right before serving, whip the egg whites and mix together until smooth and mousse like.

13: Vin Chaud, Mulled Wine, Gluhwein | Ingredients 1 bottle of Red Wine 1 mini bottle of plain alcohol (vodka, rum) 1 Orange 1 Lemon 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar Cloves Slice the orange and the lemon, puncture with cloves. In a pan pour the wine, alcohol, and add a few slices of the orange and of the lemon. Add the sugar and cinnamon sticks. Heat up until very hot, close to boiling. Serve right away and enjoy responsibly!! Merry Christmas
