FC: Rokishi's health diet

1: Rokishi is 5'10, he weighs a whole 368 pounds. His goal is to weigh 300 pounds at the end of 3weeks. Rokishi will make a nutrition plan to keep track of the number of calories he takes in.

2: Day 1 Breakfast: Grapes, cornchex ceareal,and almonds. Lunch:hamburger,oranges,2packs of mixed vegetables,and a glass of tea. Dinner: Cheesy Cauliflower; Italian Bread; Orange; Soy Milk

3: Day 2 Breakfast:Whole Wheat English Muffin with Peanut Butter; Greek Yogurt with Pineapple; Tea Lunch:Pork Tenderloin Sandwich with Tomato and Mayo; Romaine Salad; Fruit Cocktail; Tea Dinner:Vegetarian Egg(white) Foo Young; Vegetable Fried Rice; Banana

17: After two weeks of working out and eating right Rokishi lost 55, pounds just Thirteen pounds from reaching his goal. Although he didnt reach his goal he continues to stay healthy,and no longer eats Mc donalds.
