S: How to Make a Pumpkin Pie

1: Pumpkin Pie 1 16 oz. can of pumpkin (2 cups) 3/4 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg 3 eggs 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup milk Pastry for single crust pie Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices, and 1 tsp. salt. Add eggs, stir lightly with fork to combine. Stir in both milks; mix well. Pour into crust - lined dish. Cover edges with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 25 - 30 minutes more, until knife comes out clean. Cover and chill to store. | To make a pumpkin pie you have to have a recipe.

2: The second step in making a pumpkin pie is mashing up the pumpkin.

3: Making the crust is fun, but it sure gets messy!

4: Next, we add all of the ingredients.

5: Then we stir it all together, | pour it into the crust, and put it in the oven.

6: While the pie is baking it's time to clean up the dishes!

7: Here's the finished pumpkin pie! Tomorrow we'll eat it after Thanksgiving dinner with whipped cream on top!

8: The table is ready to be set, we'll eat dinner, and then dessert!

9: My brother Sam thinks my pumpkin pie is GREAT!
