2: {Beverages} | 1 Can Jellied Cranberries 1 C Water Blend together, add: 1 Can Frozen Lemonade 1 Can Frozen Orange Juice 1 Can Frozen Apple Juice 1/2 C Sugar 1 t Cinnamon 1 t Ground Cloves Blend and store in fridge. Use 1/4 C of concentrate to 3/4 C hot water. | Hot Cranberry Cider by Mozelle

3: 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts, quartered 1 C Miracle Whip 1 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese 4 oz Can Diced Green Chilies 1 Clove Garlic, minced Mix together. Bake 350* for 20 - 25 min. | 1 C Sour Cream 1 C Mayo 1 Pk Leek Soup Mix 1 Box Spinach, thawed & drained 1 T Lemon Juice 2 t Garlic Salt 1/2 t Hot Sauce 1/4 t Nutmeg 1 Can Water Chestnuts Mix together, serve cold. | {Appetizers} | Hot Artichoke Dip | Spinach Dip

4: {Breads} | 3 C Flour 1 t Salt 1 t Soda 1/4 t Baking Powder 3 t Cinnamon Mix well, add: 1 C Nuts, Copped | Zucchini Bread by Judy Bassett | 3 Eggs Beat until foamy, add: 1 C Oil 2 C Grated Zucchini 1 T Vanilla Mix lightly, add: | Bake 350* for 40 min.

5: Tennessee Pumpkin Bread | 1 2/3 C Flour, sifted 1 t Soda 1/4 t Baking Powder 3/4 t Salt 1/2 t Cinnamon 1/2 t Nutmeg 1 C Pumpkin Mix together, add: 1/3 C Water until just smooth, don't over beat, set aside. 1/3 C Crisco 1 1/2 C Sugar 1/2 t Vanilla Beat together, add: 2 Eggs, one at a time. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, add: 1 C Nuts Bake 350* for 45 - 55 min. | French Bread | 2 T Yeast 1/2 C Warm Water Mix together, set aside 1/2 C Melted Shortening 1/4 C Sugar 1 T Salt 2 C Warm Water Mix with yeast, add: 3 C Flour, one cup at a time Beat down every 10 min, repeat 5 times, let rise 1 hr. Bake 400* for 20 min. | Egg Yeast Bread by Pauline Anderson | 2 T Yeast 1/2 C Warm Water 1 T Sugar Mix together, set aside 2 Eggs, beaten 1/2 C Butter, melted 1 C Warm Water 1 C Warm Milk 1/3 C Sugar 2 t Salt 8 C Flour Mix with yeast, knead, rise. Bake 375* for 15 min., reduce to 300* for 25 min.

6: {Salads} | {Dressings} | 1 Pk Lime Jello 7 oz Hot Water 2 Lg Pk Cream Cheese Blend 10 min. in blender, pour into a bowl, add: 1 Sm Can Crushed Pineapple, drained 1 Sm Bottle 7-up 1 t Vanilla 1/2 C Pecans Pour into attractive dish | 7 - Up Salad by Joyce Scott | ---------------

7: 1 1/2 C Sugar 2 t Dry Mustard 2 t Salt 2/3 C Vinegar (wine or cider) 3 T Onion (juiced or grated) Mix together using a mixer, slowly stream in: 2 C Salad Dressing (canola) 3 T Poppy Seeds | 1 C Olive Oil 1 C Balsamic Vinegar 4 Cloves Garlic 3 t Dijon Mustard 1 t Water Mix together, enjoy! | Poppy Seed Dressing by Cheryl | Salad Dressing by Katie Larsen | 5 | Oriental Chicken Salad Dressing | 1/2 t Pepper 1 1/2 t Salt 4 T Rice Vinegar 2 T Sesame Seed Oil 4 T Sugar 1 t Sesame Seeds Lemon Juice to taste

8: {Breakfast} | 9 Eggs, beaten 3 C Onion, chopped 10 Zucchini, shredded 3/4 t Salt 3/4 t Oregano 1 T Oil 2 C Bisquick 3 C Cheese Mix together, bake 350* for 1 hour. | 2 C Mashed Berries 4 C Sugar Combine, let stand 20 min. 1 Pk Powdered Fruit Pectin 1 C Water Boil rapidly for 1 min., remove from heat. Add berries, stir 2 min., pour into containers, let stand for 1 hr in fridge, then freeze. | Zucchini Casserole | 2 C Flour 1/2 t Salt 4 t Baking Powder 1/2 t Cream of Tarter 1 T Sugar Mix together, cut in 1/2 C Shortening, add: 2/3 C Milk Kneed 14 times pat till 1/2 inch thick, cut into rounds. Bake 425* for 15 - 20 min. | Baking Powder Biscuits | Strawberry Freezer Jam by Judy Ryan

9: Taco Soup | Potato Sausage Soup | Manhattan Clam Chowder | 1/2 Onion 1 lb Bacon Sauté in pan, add: 1 Can H2O2 1 C Potatoes 1 C Tomato 2 Cans Clams 2 t Parsley 1/4 t Thyme Dash Pepper | 1 lb Ground Beef 1 Lg Onion 3 Cans Chili Beans 1 Can Corn 1 Can Tomato Sauce 4 oz Green Chilies 1 Pk. Taco Seasoning 1 Pk. Ranch Dressing 1 1/2 C Water | 1 Roll Hot Sausage 1/2 Onion Fry, drain, add: 1/2 qt Heavy Whipping Cream 1/8 C Butter Simmer for 15 min., add: 1 t White Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 t Vanilla Salt & Pepper Chopped Parsley | {Soups}

10: Lasagna | Meat Sauce: 3 T Olive Oil 1 C Onions 1 Clove Garlic 1 t Salt 1 lb. Ground Beef Brown in large skillet, add: 14 oz Can Tomatoes 16 oz Can Tomato Paste 16 oz Can Tomato Sauce 3/4 C Water 1/2 t Basil 1/2 t Oregano 1 t Sugar 1 T Dried Parsley Flakes Stir and simmer. 1 lb Ricotta Cheese 1 Egg Mix together Layer sauce, pasta noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, repeat. Sprinkle 1 C Parmigiana Cheese on top. Bake 375* for 35 min. | Meat Loaf | Garlic Cream Potatoes | 2 lb Hamburger 1/2 C Onion, chopped 1 Egg, beaten 1/2 Pk Lipton's Beefy Onion Dry Soup Mix 1 t Salt 1/2 C Italian Dry Breadcrumbs 1 t Worcheshire Sauce 1 Can Tomato Sauce Mix together leaving some of the tomato sauce for top of loaf. Bake 350* covered for 45 min, then uncovered for 15 min. Drain, let rest 10 min. | 3 C Whipping Cream 2 T Garlic 1/2 t Pepper 2 t Salt Simmer in saucepan for 20 min., pour over 6 sliced potatoes, Bake 375* covered for 30 min.

11: Turkey Meatballs | 1/2 lb Ground Turkey 3/4 C Onion 3/4 C Bread Crumbs 1/4 C Parsley 1/2 t Salt 1/8 t Pepper 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Egg Mix together, form into balls, cook over med. heat, remove from pan. Use pan for sauce. Sauce: 1/2 C Dry White Wine 1/2 C Green Onions Cook 2 min., add: 1/2 C Whipping Cream 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese 2 T Water Reduce heat, cook 3 min. Add to pasta noodles and meatballs.

12: 6 | No Baked Cookies 1/4 C Butter 1/2 C Milk 2 C Sugar Boil for 1 min, remove from heat, add: 2 1/2 T Cocoa 3 C Oats Drop onto waxed paper | Peanut Butter Candy 2 C Sugar 2 C Karo Syrup Heat until sugar melts, boil for 1 min., add: 2 C Peanut Butter 1 Jar Marshmallow Cream 1 Box Corn Flakes | Rice Crispy Treats 3 T Butter 10 oz Marshmallows Boil for 1 min., remove from heat, add: 6 C Rice Crispies | {Desserts}

13: 3 C Sugar 3/4 C Butter 5 oz Can Evaporated Milk Bring to a rolling boil on med. heat stir constantly. Boil for 4 min. or 234* on candy thermometer. Remove from heat, add: 7 oz Jar Marshmallow Cream 1-2 C Chocolate Chips Stir until melted, add: 1 t Vanilla 1 C Nuts Pour into pan, Cool. | Fudge | 7 | Popcorn Balls | 1 lb Brown Sugar 1 C Karo Syrup Bring to a boil, add: 1/2 C Butter 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk Boil hard for 2 1/2 min., pour over popcorn.

14: Sugar Cookies 1 C Crisco 1 1/2 C Sugar 2 Eggs 1/2 t Salt 1 t Vanilla Cream until light & Fluffy. Dissolve 1/2 t Soda in 3 T Cream, add to mixture. Beat on low, adding 3 C Flour. Wrap in waxed paper, chill 1 hour. Roll dough, cut, bake 375* for 8 - 10 min. | Cream Cheese Frosting 1 Box Powdered Sugar 1/2 C Butter 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 t Vanilla Mix and spread! | Cookie Frosting 2 C Sifted Powdered Sugar 3 T Milk Food Coloring Drizzle with fork!

15: Pumpkin Cookies by Rosalee Almond 1/2 C Shortening 1 1/2 C Sugar 1 Egg 1 C Pumpkin Mix well, add: 1 t Nutmeg 1 t Cinnamon 1 t Soda 1 t Baking Powder 1 t Vanilla 1/2 t Salt 2 1/2 C Flour Bake 375* for 10-12 min. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting! | Carrot Cake 2 C Sugar 4 Eggs 1 1/2 C Oil Mix well, add: 3 C Grated Carrots 1 t Soda 1 t Baking Powder 1 t Salt 1 T Cinnamon 2 C Flour 1 C Nuts Bake 350* for 1 hour. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting!

16: 6 Eggs 6 C Sugar 3 C Oil Cream together, add: 9 C Flour 1 1/2 T Soda 1 1/2 t Salt 9 C Apples, chopped or grated 3 C Nuts 1 T Vanilla Bake 350* for 1 hour | Apple Cake | Glaze: 1 1/2 C Sugar 3/4 C Water 3 Lumps Butter Cook until bubbly, pour over cakes! | Press 2/3 batter into cookie sheet. Melt 12 oz caramels, 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1/2 t Salt. Pour over cookie dough, lay flattened pieces of the rest of batter on top. Bake 350* for 20 min. | 2 C Brown Sugar 1 C Butter 2 Eggs 1 t Soda 1 t Salt 2 t Vanilla 2 1/2 C Flour 3 C Oats | Jubilee Bars

17: 1 C Butter 4 T Cocoa 1 C Water 2 C Sugar 1/2 C Buttermilk 1 t Soda 2 t Cinnamon 2 C Flour Bake 350* for 45 min. | Chocolate Sheet Cake | Treasure Chest Bars | 1 1/2 C Butter 3 C Sugar 1/2 C Cocoa Cream together, add: 6 Eggs 2 1/4 C Flour 1 T Vanilla 1 C Nuts Bake 350* for 20 min. | Brownies | 1/2 C Butter 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1/2 C Sugar 2 Eggs 1 t Vanilla Mix together, add: 1 1/2 t Baking Powder 1/2 t Salt 2/3 C Milk 2 C Flour 1 Pk. Chocolate Chips 1 C Nuts Bake 375* for 45 min. Frosting: 1/4 C Butter melted & browned 2 C Powdered Sugar 1 t Vanilla Little Milk

18: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies | 1 t Salt 1 t Soda 1 t Baking Powder 1 t Vanilla 2 C Flour 2 1/2 C Oatmeal 2 C Chocolate Chips | 1 C Butter 1 C Brown Sugar 1 C Sugar 2 Eggs Cream together, Add: | Roll dough balls in cinnamon & sugar. Bake 375* for 8 min. | Snicker Doodles | 1 C Shortening 1 1/2 C Sugar 2 Eggs Cream together | 2 t Cream of Tarter 1 t Soda 1/2 t Salt 2 3/4 C Flour | Bake at 350* for 10 min.

19: 1/2 C Shortening Beat for 1 min., add: 1/2 C Sugar 1/2 t Soda 1 t Baking Powder 1 t Ginger 1/2 t Cinnamon 1/2 t Ground Cloves Mix well, add: 1 Egg 1/2 C Molasses 1 T Vinegar 2 1/2 C Flour | Gingerbread Cookies | 1/2 C Shortening 1/2 C Peanut Butter 1/2 C Sugar 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1 Egg Mix together, add: 1/8 t Soda 1 t Baking Powder 1 t Vanilla 2 T Milk 1 3/4 C Flour | Peanut Butter Blossoms | Refrigerate dough for 1 hour, roll dough balls in sugar. Bake 375* for 8 min. | Refrigerate dough for 1 hour, roll dough balls in sugar. Bake 350* for 7 min. Press a Chocolate Kiss into the center.

20: Grandma Chili's Chocolate Pie | 1/2 C Flour 2 C Sugar Combine in Pan, add: 3 Eggs 1 C Milk Blend for 5 min., turn on med. heat, add: 3 C Milk 3 Cubes Unsweetened Chocolate Stir until very thick, turn off heat, add: 1/2 t Vanilla 1/2 C Butter | Pour into pie shell

21: Rice Pudding | 6 Eggs 2 1/2 C Sugar 6-7 C Milk 1 t Cinnamon 1 1/2 t Vanilla 6 Slices of Bread 1/2 C Butter cut in slabs placed on top Bake 350* for 45 - 60 min. | 6 Eggs 2 1/2 C Sugar 2 1/2 C Milk 1 t Vanilla Rice 1/2 C Butter cut in slabs placed on top Bake 350* for 45 min. | Vanilla Pudding | Bread Pudding | 1/3 C Flour 2/3 C Sugar Mix well, add 1 C Milk 1 Egg Blend well with mixer, add: 1 C Milk Boil until thick, add: 1/4 C Butter 1 t Vanilla Pour over bananas & wafers

22: {Kentucky Pecan Pie} by Dear Abby | 1 C Karo Syrup 1 C Dark Brown Sugar 1/3 C Butter, melted 1/3 t Salt 1 t Vanilla Mix well, add: 3 Eggs, beaten Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell, sprinkle 1 heaping cup whole pecans. Bake 350* for 45 min.

23: Cinnamon Nuts 2 C Sugar 1 t Cinnamon 1/4 t Cream of Tarter 1/2 C Boiling Water Boil over med. heat till soft ball stage, remove from heat, add: 1 t Vanilla 3 C Walnuts Cool for 1 min., stir until mixture sugars, pour onto waxed paper, spread nuts flat, once cooled brake apart. | 1 1/4 C Flour 1/4 t Salt Mix together, cut in: 1/3 Shortening 5 T Cold Water Bake 450* with edges lined with foil for 8 min, remove foil, bake 5 min. | Pie Crust | Homemade Ice Cream | 6 Eggs 2 C Sugar 1 T Vanilla 2 Pts of Whipping Cream 1 Can Milk Bring to a boil, then freeze.
