1: Tutti Fruity Smothies | By Elizabeth Taliferro | 1 (8 ounces) carton vanilla low-fat yougurt 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks 1/2 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, or 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches | 1 | Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; top with cover, and pulse until smooth. Remove cover, add strawberries, and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides, if you need to. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.

3: Rootin' Tootin' Fruit Salsa | 1 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed, and berries chopped 1 large banana, peeled and chopped 1 medium-size Red Delicious apple, unpeeled and chopped 2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg | 1 | Stir together first 4 ingredients in a big bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over fruit; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg over fruit; gently stir. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill fruit salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. | Creamy Brown Sugar Dressing 1 package cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons light brown sugar 1 tablespoon honey 2 cartons low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
4: Homemade Milk Shakes | 2 1/2 cups packed vanilla icecream 2/3 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract | 1 | Place all ingredients in a blender; top with cover, and process until smooth. Serve immediately Strawberry Milkshakes Add 1/2 cup strawberry jam along with other ingredients to blender, and continue as directed.
