3: A | Alvin Muesuem of Art Recreation | In 2001 the Alvin Mueseum opened up in Alvin, Texas. In the gift shop, books and other items are sold. The museum is a great place to learn about hisorical importances. The Alvin Mueseum also fundraises lots of local buisnesses and organizations.

4: B Twin Buttes Reservoire Water | Impounded in 1963, the twin buttes reservoire was founded in San Angelo, Texas. The lake can get as deep as 45 ft. The lake grows many vegetation such as cattails and waterwillows.

5: C | Santa Elena Canyons Landforms | With 1500 ft to explore the Santa Elena Canyons are a great 2 day camping trip spot. Known as the boomerang trip, the first 13 miles are great to look at the riparian desert ecosystem while the last 7 miles are great for enjoying the river. 6: D Devil's Sinkhole Landform | The devil's sink hole is home to the largest single-chambered cavern. At night you can watch hundreds of bats fly over. 7: E Enchanted Rock | Enchanted Rock is a huge rock made of pink granite. The rock rises 425 feet above the ground. Many people go there for hiking and climbing. It is located in Fredricksburg and has 1643.5 acres of land. | www.tpwd.com | Landform

8: F | Franklin Mountains Landforms | The Franklin Mountains are a small range, 23 miles long and 3 miles wide. They extend from El Paso, Texas north into New Mexico.They were formed from the Cenozoic Rio Grande rift. The highest peak reaches 7,192 feet. 9: G Guiness World Records Mueseum Recriational The Guiness World Records Museum has lots of interesting sights to see that the average person wouldn't. There are 4 locations in Texas, two in San Antonio. one in El Paso and in Grand Prarie, TX. 10: H University of Houston Universities In Houston, Texas, the University of Houston was founded in 1972. Each year, they educate over 38,700 student. Students come to this school from over 137 nations from around the world. The University of Houston has 16 sports teams. | www.uh.edu.com

11: I Institute of Art University University The institute of art university is located in San Antonio, TX. It's also a cool place to check out all the art exhibits and sculptures. In the University there is also a place to look at all the historical art pieces past students have made. 13: K | Kimble County Museum Historical | www.thelegendinn.com | The Kimble County Museum, in Junction, Texas, is a historical museum. There is interesting artifacts and information about World War one and two, and many more things. This is also a great resource for Genealogical research. It is open all days of the week.

14: L Laredo City Laredo, Texas is home to Laredo Heat the soccer team. It's also home to A&M national university.There are lots of bike and canoe races. The city of Laredo also celebrates Washington's birthday celebration. It's a very exciting city putting on fun shows. http://www.visitlaredo.com/

15: M Bob Bullock Museum Historical Importance | The Bob Bullock Museum is in Austin, Texas. It has a lot of interesting exhibits. There is also an imax theater where the history of Texas is made into movies. 16: N | Texas A&M University University | Located in College Station, Texas, has one of the largest sports programs. They have more than 120 undergrad degree programs and more than 240 masters and Ph.D programs to chose from. 17: O Ozona City Ozona, Texas is a small town. It's involved with lots of hunting. They get their water from Crockett Country. There are also known for several oil shows. Ozona is home to the Caverns of Sonora and Big Bend National Park.

18: P Poteet City Poteet is a city in Atascosa County, Texas. The population was 3305 in 2000. Farming is something you would normally find in Poteet. Every year Poteet holds a strawberry festival. The small town even had a water tower painted after it.

19: Q | Quitman City | Quitman, is a city in Texas. It's population in 2009 was 2,216 people with 53.7% women and 46.3% men. It's zip code is 78753. www.city-data.com

20: R San Antonio River Walk Recreation The San Antonio river walk is a public park open every day of the year. It is lined with restraunts, hotels and many attractions. It was founded in 1968 and is currently the most popular attraction in Texas. http://www.thesanantonioriverwalk.com/

21: S | Schlitterbahn Water | Schlitterbahn is a very fun water park in New Braunfels, Texas. They have many attractions like the Blastenhoff and the Surfenburg. The Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels isn't the only one. There are three others in the United States. | www.schlitterbahn.com

22: T Tawakoni Lake Water The Tawakoni lake is a big lake in the city of Quinlan, Texas. It covers a pretty good amount of land and is great for fishing. The record fish for the month of September, 2011 is a large Bluecat weighing at about 42lbs! The most popular fish is the catfish which you're guaranteed to catch!

23: U University of Texas University | The University of Texas, in Austin Texas, has the fifth largest library in the nation. The university ranks 45th in academic reputation. It was found in 1883 and their mascot is Bevo, the longhorn. | www.utexas.edu

24: V Varner Hogg Plantation Historical Importance The Varner-Hogg Plantation is located two miles north of West Columbia, Texas. It's a 134 year old house that used to belong to Martin Varner in 1824. 26: X Xit Ranch Recreation Located in Dalhart, TexasThe XIT Museum is home to many exhibits. There are all kinds, permanent, temporary and traveling ones. Some of the exhibits show historical and cultural artifacts.The XIT Museum has many services to offer.

27: Y Yorktown History Museum Historical Importance The Yorktown History museum , in Yorktown, Texas, is full of exhibits. Some of the exhibits include brass, glass and china from the collection of Maxine Autrey. Plays and skits are also very popular.

28: Z Zilker Park Recreational | Zilker Park, a park in Austin, Texas, offers many things to do. You can play spots, fly kited, ride train, eat food, and much more! Austin City Limits is held at Zilker Park, and there is a great view at down town from the park.
