All though her name is Catherine Zickefoose, she shortened her name, but her name is wasn’t meant for shortening, so she changed it to Katie. Katie is my mom, she works hard to keep us alive, and so we can live in a clean environment. Katie was born in Mason City, IA on Feb. 3rd, 1983. She grew up in Clear Lake, IA. As she loved sports, her favorite is basketball. She always wanted to be a mom. Proudly she said “ when I was in college, I was on the president's list.” She ran a race, and got her first medal. When she was 18 years of age she got married to Benjamin Zickefoose, we all call him Ben. Shortly later at the age of 19, she had me, later on she had two more children. As she dreamed of being a mom, and now she is a mom! She has 3 children, such as a success. She doesn't have any late life or death so as she says “to be continued.” Shes barely 30, but right now she is 29 but she says in her late life she would want to be a positive person and to serve and love people, to make a difference in someone's life. As she lives on she cares and loves everyone. Even as a stranger, you can tell she will make a difference in your life.

His long legs were strong so he could run really fast no really really fast! Then when he got out of high school he was in the pit stop crew for race cars! He had to change the tires quickly and put new gas in it. I think that would be pretty cool! What about you? Then after that he was in the Kanawha Fire Dept. He fought those fires for ten years. He probably saved a lot of lives! Then he got married to my grandma Janet. He got a different job as a mechanic he ran that business successfully for 17 years. He was great at his job. That was my grandpa’s childhood and early adult life. Now I am going to tell you a short story of his later adult life. After a while he got a divorce with my grandma. But a while after that he got diagnosed with brain cancer and died a couple years later with a brain tumor. It was sad but we are glad he is in a good safe place now! Like I said my grandpa is and was courageous. He was proud of all his accomplishments and his life. That is my grandpa’s life! I hope you loved it!
