1: Lauren is counting to 10. This is the calming strategy that she uses when she freaks outs. Lauren also thinks good thoughts. I also use these calming strategies.
3: I calm down by taking 5 deep breaths. I use this calming strategy when I am frustrated. I helps me to calm down so my teachers don't get mad. MOST importantly it makes me feel happy and calm so I can follow directions, complete my work, and be with my friends.
5: Shahd calms down when she stops and thinks and that's how she calms down
7: Mrs Robey calms down by reflecting and putting her head down, and that's how Mrs. Robey calms down.
