FC: Hinaki Sequence Maps
1: First we had to read a School Journal all about catching and preparing he tuna (eels). From the text we then created a sequence map.
2: To extend are thinking first we explained why some of the steps in preparing eels took place. We were now thinking at a relational level.
3: Next we what would happen if the methods for catching and preparing eels were not taught to us by our parents and grandparents. Through linking our ideas to the future we were thinking at the extended abstract level.
