The Band Teacher From the Black Lagoon - Page Text Content

S: The Band Teacher From The Black Lagoon.

BC: Enjoy our all new Black Lagoon story! It is an exciting, story of a boy who goes from being very timid to excited about band. | A number one seller. New York times book of the year award.

1: There is supposed to be a new band teacher at school.

2: No one has come from the band room, and been able to describe him. He never comes out of his office. Not even to go home.

3: No body has ever come out of the band room the same. If you make the mistake of falling asleep in class, he'll blow on his trombone so loud so by the time you wake up, you're the next Beethoven. If you know what I mean.

4: Jane says his name is Mr.Al (to Saxaphone but he goes by Al) John exclaims that Mr.Al will make xylophones out of the childrens' fingers who didn't get the fingering right.

5: Jamie says if you don't have good breaths, he'll cut out your tongue and slice them into reeds. Laura says that if you have a bad posture he'll straighten you out with his clarinet.

6: Mary says if you mess up on a note, he'll behead you and use them to make congos. Brian said that if the crowd is unimpressed, he'll cut your eyes out and use them for mallets.

7: Even the P.E teacher is scared of him. He says if you drop a music stand he'll put two tubas on the end of an oboe and make you lift it 50 times.

8: Today is the first day of band. I'm walking to the door. I'm about to open it when Mr.Al opens it. He examines me. Then he reaches into his pocket and I see a knife! I start running and he comes after me and exclaims "Here is a reed. It should suit you well."

9: I'm surprised, when I look back I figure out that is just a reed. I'm so excited I run right into the wall! He helps me up and leads me to the classroom. He is a very good teacher.

10: I'm looking forward to tommorrow!
