FC: The Creation of Erutan Part 5: Government

1: The Creation of Erutan Part 5: Government By: Ameyali Pineda

2: Government | My utopia has a monarchy and a bit of democracy. The ruler inherits the throne, but there has to be an election that decides whether or not that heir should rule. If it is chosen by the people that the heir should not rule then there is an election in which a new ruler is chosen. A group of people in the utopia who are referred to as "The Council"(this group is like congress) then decide how long this person should serve, and then the final decision goes to the public about how long the ruler should serve. If a person who inherited the throne abdicates and there isn't anyone to take over then the same process takes place. | Rules and Laws in my Utopia 1.Blood does not need to be shed in order to win a battle. 2.Treat others with respect, especially if they are a person of authority. 3.The word of your Leader is the word of those who have gone before us. They are much wiser. 4.Everyone must care for the Elderly and the Young. 5.Do not harm Mother Nature. 6. 1.Do not lie to your parents 2.Thou shall not kill in cold blood 3.Resent moles (the animal) 4.Never judge a book by its color & cover. 5.Listen to your heart. | Rules and Laws in my Utopia 1.Blood does not need to be shed in order to win a battle. 2.Treat others with respect, especially if they are a person of authority. 3.The word of your Leader is the word of those who have gone before us. 4: Law Breakers Punishments The first time you break a rule you have to clean streets etc. which brings shame upon you. The second time you break a rule you have to spend 3 days away from the rest of the community. The third time you break a rule you are removed from the community.

5: Taxes & Roads, Schools, and Hospitals The people in this utopia only pay taxes once a year and the amount of taxes you pay depends on your financial situation. They get the money from roads and hospitals from taxes and people often volunteer to do the work. Buildings are powered by solar panels.
